Solid Plus Liquid. That's total give away of the plot.....

True MIRV missiles are all canisterized and ready to use missiles as these are used for surprise 1st attack or 2nd strike retaliation and are mostly road based, rail based TEL, with move out of mountain caves, underground bases, fire and scoot capabilities or silo based where missiles are ready to use within a fraction of time. They don't have time for filling liquids....

Whatever, but still we need to fine tune our BMD(PDV/AD2) towards neutralizing any Ababeel threat, MIRV or not! I hope our BMD reaches such a stage that no Ballistic missile fired from Pak could penetrate its shield.
