Brexit and Future of UK : Discussions

Boris Johnson has also resigned.

Cunning politician, thats what he is. Boris Johnson was one of the leading Brexitier and he strengthened his political position through his ant-EU anti-establishment rhetoric. Now he have his Brexit and boy he realized that it didn't look bright for Briton. If he is part of the cabinet that pass Brexit deal, one which he campaigned, and later negotiated, he will have to take responsibility for all problems that came with Brexit. He foreseen it and now by leaving the cabinet, he can continue the "evil EU sellouts" for every problems that comes with Brexit and put the blame on someone else.

Forgive the interjection but since when has a liar bullshyta and fraud been described as a cunning politician.
The emperor has been seen for what he really is. Naked self centred and embarrassing.
Up until a month before the Brexit vote this man wrote 2 articles - one for pro Brexit and one against Brexit. He only decided that Britain needed to be out of Europe because that would assist his personal agenda on achieving leadership and lets be honest his plan would have worked if Michael Gove hadnt royally shafted him when the leadership challenge was launched after Cameron resigned.

Let us take a minute to look at what a complete tool he really is........

UK is a small Island full of lazy weed smoking people. Immigrants were brought in because indigenous population was unable to work and still is. Biggest majority of Immigrants in UK is from EU. Likewise there are million Brits living in Spain alone. How the government will balance out all that is beyond me.
Brexit was a political mistake. The laZY whites blame everything that goes wrong in their lives , on immigrants while being incapable of doing anything right for themselves. Those type of whites voted yes for Brexit and most of them are illiterate drunks.
Garbage that the liberal media has been peddling since forever. Most of the people who voted remain are either businesses paying less than the minimum legal wage, or people too young to understand anything that's happening for themselves. And you would be mistaken to think that all EU immigrants are even employed, OR not in prison.

The man who led the leave vote has jumped ship...@bmd you should ask Nigel Farrage to lead and get you 350 million pound per week for NHS.
They've resigned because the offer by May is stupid. It offers to pay the EU money (duties) for a trade deal that benefits them far more than us anyway. It's a mentally illiterate negotiating position. I just hope that the EU are so unreasonable that they don't accept it.

What negotiating position? You signed on contracts to create a system that many others have put their money in to make successful. You pull midway you’ll have to pay to compensate. That’s how finance works

When it comes to EU, UK is in a position of weakness. Briton have too few cards to play here, playing tough and threatening no deal is not even a treat in real sense of the word treat.

48% of everything UK export is to EU, 56% of everything UK import is from EU.
16.4% of everything EU export is to UK and 16.7% of everything EU import is from UK.
Economy of EU is 7 times that of UK

Considering the fact that more than 50% of total UK trade is with EU, treat of no deal is not gonna make EU budge. If so called hard Brexit happen tariffs imposed on UK-EU trade, inflation will go up,there will be job loss, companies that based in UK and competing in wider EU market will leave and economy will go down the drain. at the end of the day, how hard the Brexitiers yell Nazi at EU, they are now in a position of strength and they will dictate the divorce deal.

No we are not in a position of weakness. That is a lie propagated by businesses which have been built around the status quo and are resistant to change, even if it is for the best overall for the nation. We are a net importer, you cannot lose a trade war as a net importer, it is impossible.

In terms of goods there are 3 times as many EU jobs associated with EU exports to the UK as there are associated with UK exports to the EU. Total WTO tariffs on EU exports are 3 times higher. Therefore, under WTO conditions we stand to gain more than we would lose both in terms of jobs and money. Furthermore, without the UK Ireland wouldn't even be able to trade properly with the EU because its ports don't have the capacity and neither do other western EU ports.

https://www.politico.eu/article/car...-burns-irelands-british-bridge-to-eu-markets/

You are also incorrect, only 44% of UK exports go to the EU, and 4% of them are merely taking a rest stop before going elsewhere. The UK is also a crucial hub for EU exports going elsewhere. If we were being really nasty we could even cut off their transatlantic internet connection.

Furthermore, even with WTO tariffs our goods would be no more expensive in the EU than they were in June 2016. The EU is also relying on us continuing to pay them £40bn, which we won't if we don't get a deal.

The problem is that our leadership lacks backbone and there are too many limp-wristed Remainers in the cabinet. A true threat of a hard Brexit would have German automakers crawling on their knees.

Furthermore, trade with the EU only amounts to 10% of our GDP, which wouldn't be the end of the world even if it was completely lost with no gain, which it couldn't possibly be.

Boris Johnson has also resigned.
Gobby twatt has buggered off. Thats one less clown in the tory government.
These Tories come after 10 odd years , shagg the country big time.
Last time they were around, they gave us the council tax, this time Brexit. Illiterate brits will still vote for them as they keep feeding the whites their favourite escape from reality ....Blame it all on Migrant?Immigrant . Even piles and constipation an mysterious pregnancy of their girlfriend.

You obviously don't even live in the UK. 'The council tax' - You mean the poll tax. How do you think local policing and garbage collection would be paid for without council tax? Shag the country big time? You mean like going from a surplus to a 13% deficit like Labour did between 1997 and 2009. 'Old Labour' stank so bad in 1997 that they invented the term 'New Labour' to get elected. Come 2010, New Labour stinks, so some bearded imbecile brings Old Labour back out of the wash hoping that nobody remembers.

It's not a good idea. It's simply a means of doing what Hitler tried doing by subversive means. When you consider how many treaties have been signed that alter national constitutions without there ever having been a referendum, the current EU is simply illegal.

I do live in the UK and under the Tories have benefited enormously.
My company is better off by £80,000 in the last 12 months when Osbourne changed how much tax we should pay on our profits.
The Tories have looked after the rich and shitted on the poor from a great height.
I would rather not have the reductions in our tax payment and gladly return it for a fairer and just society where the poor have an improvement in their live style.
I along with 90% of the UK have very little in common with the likes of Rees Mogg and his munchkins.

Brexit, as its now been proven, is a shit idea and those brandishing it as a "savior to the British Empire" are retreating back to the bankbenches.
The likes of Boris Johnson and Michael Gove have ripped the country to pieces. There is no hard Brexit. It will be a very soft Brexit - like the Norway model.
The UK will be still part of Europe - and not have any say in the decision making. In fact worse off than when they were in it.
Farage, Johnson, Gove Rees "twat Mogg - your not laughing now are you? You racist smug *censored*s who used Brexit as a smoke screen for their personal agendas can now go forth and multiply.

Now if you got time - please amuse yourselves and watch Farage squirm ........
