The deal with MDL was signed in the end of 2024. This news regarding the delay is not new I guess.

If negotiations are closed. It means we have agreed on the money, more or less that's another matter. But if we have agreed on the money then what's the cause of delay?
How come price negotiations are complete without finalising everything?
The only reasons can be
1. French are backtracking on something
2. Our babus are idiots
Negotiation closed means they concluded the best price offered by the french. Now the MoD and MoF has to agree that its worth the price. I think they are still quoting more per hull cost than P75I which is also under negotiation, including all the ToT. This deal might fail because of greed.
