They may not be doing a stonking job running this nation into the ground . I think given UPA-2's track record , that should be saying something , for the time being . Having said that , things could always be better .
As I said elsewhere, I was fighting the side opposed to Modi for two years before he got elected.
There was a gap of about a year after he got elected ....
Then I spent the next two years after that telling sanghis and their ilk what the rest of India and the world thought of them.
Now I am frankly all talked out and too bored. And as guy rightly said, there really isn't a pressing need to put our point across anymore.
Modi and Jaitley are doing a stonking job on our behalf.
We are in election mode now. Nothing anyone has to say is to be taken seriously anymore. Nor nothing anyone does as well.
The die is cast. And we shall see which way things move next year.

One of the pitfalls of electing the BJP was that a certain amount of polarisation would always occur . I wonder why did most people never factor that into their calculations .
You were the one claiming Salman Khrushid , grand son of Zakir Hussian and a man who married a christian (after duly converting her to islam) is not Moderate.
So its only natural that you now enlighten us with an example of a truly Moderate muslim politician we can all admire.

Why exactly some people look for what is missing rather than what is being done? Some people ask why Hindus are not back in Kashmir? But they conveniently forget abt surgical strike or Doklam. Do these people remember how pathetic was Indian government's response after 2001 or 2008? It was bloody so shameful!! Nobody wants to talk about the elimination of fake accounts after integration of Adhar. Nobody wants to talk about rate of road/ rail construction which is more than 100% compared to UPA 2. What do these guys think Modi is? A magician? Just move the magic wand and India's million issues are solved !! Can anybody take any 4 yrs period from last 70 yrs and show better results ( jobs done by the government in a tangible manner), than the last 4 yrs?? Please spare the economic growth rate. That can be quite deceiving.

Modi will lose not only because of the economy.
But he will lose because Hindus who voted for him will not the next time.
Because the Muslims proved him and his support base wrong. And the nation is not blind.
