He don't need to dump it, he can just refuse, don't state the grounds of your refusal and it's ok.

And his life is not ruined, he may face some rough days and have an irritant in life. He will most probably won't get 3yrs imprisonment, judges are not there to destroy your life, maybe a small fine or warning but that depends how he presents his case.

As per Islam, sharing food and eating from one single plate is recommended and they encourage jhoothan to be eaten of a muslim. They also state that when a muslims sells food to a non muslim, he must spit in the food before serving. This is all given in Hadiths. Now coming to the rule stated above. If this rule is applied in its full meaning, Quraan will be have to be banned in India as this is the single biggest book which talks of religious discrimination and does not even approve anybody as a human is he is not a muslim. And not just it needs to be banned, anyone who is a muslim needs to be thrown behind bars for three years for practicing Islam and following the Quraan.

Washington D.C., April 21 (CNA) The United States State Department on Tuesday detailed the ways it is helping Pacific Island countries respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, saying it is coordinating the assistance with "like-minded partners" including Taiwan.

In a fact sheet, the department said it had provided over US$32 million as of April 17 to combat COVID-19 in the Pacific, with much of the funding directed to the U.S. Freely Associated States -- the Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands and Palau.

"We are coordinating closely with Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan and other like-minded partners on COVID-19 assistance to the Pacific," the statement said.

While the statement did not elaborate on what that effort entails, both the Marshall Islands and Palau have been included in Taiwan's recent donations of medical supplies to its diplomatic allies.

Since April 1, Taiwan has pledged donations of more than 16 million surgical face masks to its international partners, of which 1 million were allocated to its 15 diplomatic allies.

Over 80,000 of the masks have already been sent to Taiwan's four allies in the Pacific, and infrared thermal imaging cameras have also been donated, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said last week.

None of the four Pacific allies have reported any new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases to date, according to the World Health Organization's (WHO) COVID-19 situation dashboard.

Also there are fotos of Muslims killing Hindus and Sikhs by cutting them half through their bodies, burning them alive, cutting into pieces small kids making them into garlands and putting them on their mom's necks. Isn't ISIS and other Islamic terrorists doing same now too. Can it be denied?

Still unable to find where it says spit before serving to a non muslim.

Anyways to expand further for the sake of whoever is interested, the said site has been banned by several countries for misrepresenting information. Feel free to confirm, the purpose of the site was to evaluate the claims of orthodox Islam from a Christian point of view. But the whole purpose is mute when there is a specific agenda behind it.

Perhaps people need to understand that not every act of a person is due to his religion. Sometimes Mr. X's crime is answerable only by Mr. X and not his family or community. If my colleague does something wrong at work I don't think its because he is a muslim or a hindu or from any other religion, it's probably because we are humans we do mistakes.

Anyways I don't wish to expand further, but I was not hoping into walk into an Indian version of PDF.

If tomorrow I refuse to buy from a M vendor , vegetables because I don't like the quantity , will the police have the grounds to arrest me under 295a.

The complainant says the guy asked for his name, found out he was Muslim and then refused to take the order. So those are grounds for 295A. If he had checked the name on the app, possibly, and then simply rejected the order without giving a reason, then he would have escaped.

As for your beef example, I think you should be fine with that, I dunno exactly, but I think you will still have to pay for the food, since you ordered without checking first.

He actually refused after discovering the delivery guy's name. That's the problem.

And I think dumping food after that point is a better option than refusing it outright, since that's enough to consider as discrimination. You can be sure bribing all those involved is more expensive than throwing away a bag of groceries.
