Chennai's still going steady with ~15-50 cases every day or other day. For every district to reopen & start working, it needs to record no new cases for at least a week. Otherwise after May 3 too I guess lockdown will continue.

The guy was pretty foolish to not accept the groceries based on religion. If you don't trust the delivery guy, just take the order and then dump it. For a few hundred bucks, he ruined his life, or will possibly lose many times more money in bribes and lawyer fees. It's more than likely that the delivery guy did not actually spit or urinate on the groceries anyway. Some people are pretty stupid.
