I really doubt China would care about tariffs on India other than the fact that it's destroying India US ties. Infact they probably welcome this. They got their 90 day extension and know they can't be bullied in a similar way due to their hold on rare earth's. Tldr there's no reason for China to gang up with other BRICS nations.
