Ukraine - Russia Conflict

A very good analysis, I myself did not support Putin, because of corruption in the country, you are right, Putin's support has grown in the country, the West has only made itself worse with sanctions and strengthened Putin's power

It's gonna get worse for the Russians by the end of the year. Especially with a major global recession coming up.

Worst case, Putin falls really sick or dies in a very short time. He needs to at least be healthy enough to work for the next 5 years to make the economy stable and chart the road for military and economic modernisation, or Russia will fall in deeper trouble. His demise could even lead to a civil war.

This war was a reaction, the Russians are yet to make their own action.

Exactly. NATO will resolve it. You will have to send your children to die for the Baltics. I already pointed this out in March. Unlike the insurgencies in Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan, this time NATO troops will actually have to fight.

D-Day veterans didn't have to deal with precision artillery.

So you're saying videos and pictures of known landmarks are fake? Fake news is fake because there's no way to verify it.

Livemap has not been updated for over a month now. Until Slovyansk/Bakhmut come under direct attack, they can't update it either, or morale will fall.

Google the strongest currency this year.

The ones struggling are the Russians themselves. If your bank cards stop working and Western companies exit the country, it doesn't affect Putin. The guy doesn't go grocery shopping. The sanctions have severely affected the day-to-day life of the average Russian. Food imports have stopped with no replacements, they can't make electronic transactions, prices of electronics have skyrocketed, those dependent on foreign markets have become jobless, then job losses in other sectors like retail, food etc. All this while the sanctions are yet to take effect, which could happen in a few months. The West has not declared war on Putin and his cronies but on Russia itself. The West has successfully unified Russia internally.
A reaction to what? Putin's mental illness. I thought the Russo-Ukrainian border was ideal for tank invasions anyway according to you. Clearly not huh.

NATO won't take long to take out insurgents sheltering in Belarus. Or we could just run counter-insurgencies to keep Russia pre-occupied if they start that, it's not like Russia didn't ethnically cleanse Kaliningrad historically, then you have Chechnya and Dagestan. Kaliningrad is surrounded by NATO, we could make their life absolute hell if they start playing insurgency in the Baltics. The Russian regime is a hard-line dictatorship, it has far more potential insurgents among its people. Russia lives in a glass house and really shouldn't throw stones in that respect.

Russian artillery isn't that accurate and the Ukrainians have tons of drones to guide their bombardment. The only guided round the Russians have is the Krasnopol, which is hopelessly outranged by Excalibur and GMLRS.

Russia have what they have on liveuamap, and that's all.

Liveuamap was updated in the last 24 hours. Small change around Severodonetsk.

What's the alternative? RT bullshit news?

There's no alternative. Putin can't be allowed to invade and annex European democracies, and this is the only way of responding without risking WWIII. Russia has even blocked many passports to stop them leaving, but many are still managing to escape. The West has done both, because that was its only option. Russia leaves Ukraine and things can start improving. Putin is doing this to his people because he can't accept that he is wrong.

I mean seriously, in Putin we have a b@stard who now thinks he can ask for part of another country and threaten invasion if he doesn't get his way. Putin and his Z-sheep can go fcck themselves.

Why use tanks when artillery is enough?

Most of what you said, give it time, the Ukrainians will themselves wake you up from your stupor after the war.

The alternative is Russian troops standing and taking pictures at the gates of Buckingham Palace? Would that be proof? Neither BBC nor RT are proof. Only videos and pictures are.

Stopping Putin is easy. In less than 10 years he would be dead. By then Russia would have become rich enough for the people to demand more freedom. Putin didn't want to do what he's doing. He's just reacting. He's basically doing exactly what the US wanted Putin to do. Ukraine was the patsy, and next up are Georgia and Lithuania. Very stupid war.

That's exactly what the US wants Putin to do. The US wants an aggressive Putin so Europe militarises. The goal is to economically weaken Russia and still force them to spend more on their military. And the second goal is to force Europe to militarise. The time for "small armies" is over. Germany is learning the hard way that without hard power, their economy stands for sh!t. This will allow the US to concentrate on China.

Why is the US doing it this way, ie, forcing Russia to invade ex-USSR states? It's simple, the US can't allow Russia to militarise while the Europeans sit on their arses all day doing nothing.

Now watch carefully, as Europe stops oil and gas imports, new separatist regions will form in Europe, starting with Lithuania. And watch even more carefully as the US ignores Lithuania, followed by the Russians stealing a chunk of land to connect Kaliningrad with Belarus.

Ah, but you said NATO could easily invade Russian with tanks from the Ukrainian border earlier in this thread. Clearly tank invasions are not that easy. Russia is getting pounded just as much, because Ukraine is getting better positional intel on them.

You must be on drugs.

I have said they are where it says on liveuamap, prove me wrong.

You think this is making Russia rich? :ROFLMAO:

Reacting to what exactly? A problem he himself caused by trying to to reverse the will of 40 million people in 2013?

Europe needs to militarise anyway, it has done for a long time. All these goals, maybe one man just did some stupid things, have you ever considered that?

You talk about the US as if they are like God or something. You are overestimating their ability to write the whole of reality.

Separatist regions aren't going to form because Europe is a nice place to live unlike Russia. What exactly would they be protesting against? Their democratic rights, their freedom, the stable economy, their ability to find work?

Russia is going to invade a land route to Kaliningrad? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: Oh Lordy, these posts are getting desperate. I think after the Ukraine debacle if they even move forces to the Belarussian border with Lithuania or Poland, they will probably start hitting them with airstrikes.

The Russians are wooing Pakistanis as back up.
I thought Russia was supposed to support India against Pakistan?:ROFLMAO:

The Ukrainian army attacked the Russian Novoshakhtinsky oil refinery in the Rostov region with the help of a drone. As a result of the strike, a fire broke out at the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery, as reported by the media, there were two drones, the fire started when one of them crashed into the structure of the plant. There is a fire at an oil refinery
contained, no casualties.

If the war doesnt stop, oil prices dont go down. US ability to keep financing the war is doubtful.

Not as doubtful as Russian ability.
