The world lacks professional armies. This is, in no way professional!
For a small country like Armenia , with a very small population of just 3 million people , civilian lives are equally precious
Azerbaijan knows where it can hurt Armenia

It seems to be Azerbaijan attacking Armenia, so most will side with Armenia. Neighbouring Georgia is also nearly 90% Christian. Turkey isn't exactly on great terms with the US or the EU at the moment either, or NATO despite being a member. In fact their presence in NATO is rough analogous to the presence of a shoe-wearing sausage in a mosque right now.Christian world is also affected and devided over sectarian lines, catholic Church against orthodox Christianity church etc. That adds whole lot of differences leading to catastrophic results as evident in historical records. @BMD
As on outsider, I believe Turkey is having difference of opinion on a number of issues at public discourse level, however what's going on inside NATO's discussion is not well know except the public rebukes being given to Turkey now & then. Off-course it's my personal opinion, open to logical correction. Thank you.It seems to be Azerbaijan attacking Armenia, so most will side with Armenia. Any armored thrust is going to get slaughtered by ATGMS.
Even during 1965 and 71 (western front) war, our armored formations got halted after few KM of thrust.
Imagine whats gonna happen to T-72s and T-90s in hands of dug-in infantry with modern ATGMS.
Even Russia doesn't have a land border with Armenia... Its surrounded by hostile countries. They are seriously disadvantaged...One needs a reliable corridor to supply the urgent material support absence of which can hamper supply as well as can lead to unintended delays. It can have catastrophic affect and can negatively affect the morale of friendly countries, hence in present situation, it's only Russia which can help against Ajarbaijan.
If they are interested we can sell them. But don't need to be so desperate. If they have the money good for them if they don't they have Russians who can fulfill all there weapon needs.I meant material support... Like weapons, radars (already given) etc.

Russia does have access to Armenia via Iran, Armenia is on positive terms with Iran generally, hence it makes Russian work easier. It has Russian military bases on its soil, that happened partly because of Iran. Azerbaijan considers Russia as its prime enemy, not Armenia. As per them, Armenia is just a stepping stone to engage Russian military units there. This was stated by Azeries multiple times including in below incident as well.Even Russia doesn't have a land border with Armenia... Its surrounded by hostile countries. They are energy surplus country, less rich comparatively to Europe though. Middle income country. If they are interested we can sell them. But don't need to be so desperate. If they have the money good for them if they don't they have Russians who can fulfill all there weapon needs.
The good thing about Chinese making clones of both western and eastern bloc was that they could readily export these weapons. The most common ak variant among jihadis was the type 56. That's what a state determined to be world power does. We could very well have our own Ak clone that could have been exported to states like Bangladesh, Iraq,Nepal and so on. We never did and it's only in 2016 that we had home made ak clones produced and still they are still not close in quality to legacy ak's. That's how hard power is spread.. Did we export our missile tech clandestinely? I don't think so.
And for that matter what can we export to the Armenians in the first place? The most useful export would be uav's our rustam is a failure. We don't have tanks that we can export. Nothing. So lets just sit and wait because giving diplomatic support also won't give us any returns.
The Chinese atleast have cheap knockoff's of every type of weapons system. Want a cheap t55 here get type 90II with better armour and fire power. Want a cheap mig 21 knockoff here get the jf 17. Same for there ships. What can we seriously export?
We can't sell anything. The only good export was Swathi. We don't have a good ads system like the pantsir otherwise that would have generated huge amount of sales for us in this conflict. I hope the military brass us following this conflict and taking the threat of drones seriously we need biho's now..They are energy surplus country, less rich comparatively to Europe though. Our you can deploy Ack Ack guns and shred drones to pieces....
well it's in our capability to develop biho type system. We can't sell anything. The only good export was Swathi. It would take atleast 3-4 years optimistically to induct the system.well it's in our capability to develop biho type system.
It already has military treaty allince with Russia.Armenia needs a Military Alliance with Russia or else it is doomed
