I was away from forum from sometime but today when I visited n see the amount of lies, viciousness peddled by few I just cloudnt help but to complain about quality.

Most self certified hindu muslim expert s on this topic here are ranting to core picking up things from left to right just to somehow prove themselves right no matter how ugly and repelling they make the forum.


Kasganj is my native place, it use to come under Etah district before and got seperated for political points and was renamed as Kashiram Nagar district. There is no doubt what has happened is deplorable and should not have happened but the amount of negative press given to it somehow makes it equivalent to Azamgarh, as if all traitors and communals bigots live there.

One sad, unfortunate death, incidents after that but non stop coverage from 4 days on tv when economic survey is presented, budget is round the corner, as if thats the only thing in the country! Is this journalism? I will leave that answer for you to decide.

That city is one of the most peaceful city(communally) in UP and never in my encounter I have found a single radical youth, at least not in open and I am telling you this after having lots of muslim friends, visiting their houses, they are not a dominating force, neither economically, nor politically, nor organizationally. I have seen more hatred preached in Bengaluru n NCR mosques, Sakshi Maharaj or some tom dick harry sadhvi's sermons than any such incident in Kasganj.

People there live in harmony and not cuz they are compelled to but willingly so, even when worst riots broke out in entire country my city always remain peaceful, atleast communally, be it 1984 riots against Sikhs or other hindu muslims riots. To see such a peaceful and beautiful city hijacked by some goons of VHP (yes goons, I know some of them personal) is deeply disappointing.


The level of distortion of facts and then justification by any means is making ourselves too dumb to see that some sadak chap gunda used Tiranga as cover to bully a community, created a hostile environment, ignited fire to milk it for political gains.

People who benefited : Political parties.
People who lost : Tiranga and common people who bear the pain of this ordeal.

I know some of you busy in hindu muslim posts just can't help it, I don't blame you neither it worries me, you are too dumb to see reality how much impact you can make? You will be used in your youth and later thrown out, some years later when it happens in your neighborhood maybe, maybe that time you will understand the real impact instead of theoretical debates of Islam in danger, hinduism in danger.

I see Amir Khusro is demonized but it is also the place of Goswami Tulsidas. There use to be much more damage done by Samajwadi Party goons in city than this incident, and the victim, perpetrators were both Hindus, I see same cars changed flag from SP to BJP or Hindu Yuva Vahini. No one, under any pretext, tiranga yatra or karni Sena should be allowed to hold the public ransom. I belived in acche din, but seems like only acche din are for people rioting on streets. The 4th strongest nation(militarily), full majority, 3/4th majority in most states is brought to knees by any sadak chap gunda. Is this governance? Will people reward this incompetency? I doubt so, as they are the one bearing the burnt of it.


I will request some senior members @Hellfire @nair @Aashish to please take of this thread.

Request: Please don't demonize that beautiful town, at least not without knowing anything about it.

If not, why are you ranting about the media in this thread ? People had no problem when the Media raked up Akhilaq for 1 whole week. Where was your condescending advice then ?

In any case, if you have a problem, you need to write to the Editors guild and not rant in this forum. How about the Press club of India ?

If the one who got shot was a Hindu and the one who shot the boy was a Muslim, how is this somehow VHP fault ? So what if some goons use this opportunity to bully others ? What justifies shooting and violence ? How is a Tiranga yatra bullying ? stopping it was bullying.

So far the Yogi govt. has cracked down on "leaders" visiting your town and take political mileage, and more to the point, he has already arrested the people responsible for the murder and violence. So How is that "incompetence" ?

Where was the outrage of Incompetence when SP and BSP ran havoc in your state and town ?

I think first there were riots in the 1980s, so muslims started living together for safety. for them their areas are like safe zones. By instinct they get provoked and guarded if a saffron rally passes through their area. Police is biased. So they started keeping weapons for their safety. They are just poor chaps fighting for their survival. How can a whole locality be evil ?

As long as all of that is within the confines of the Law.

The first time there were riots is when Jinnah asked for "Direct Action" and the muslims obliged and rioted to show Hindus how serious they were about living separately from Hindus. I hope you know what "direction ACtion" meant. It meant killing Hindus and destroying Hindu property.

If these "poor chaps" were fighting for their survival, the easiest thing to do was to let the convoy pass without any incident LOL at your "logic".

Stopping the convoy was the surest way to Create an Incident and make trouble.

Storing Illegal Weapons too are the surest way to make trouble, especially when you want to stop a Motorcycle convoy carrying the Indian flag.


If you are begging for social consciousness, then that too is a two way street. And the first step is to accept saffron flag and saffron Hindus as fellow Indians. DO THAT first and then we can talk.
