So Russia needed outside help to keep up, but soon NK won't be able to supply anymore from its stockpile, Iran neither. Maybe it can get a bit more from Cuba or Nicaragua or similar other sh1t hole but a few more years and Russia is done.

How did you come to this conclusion? Doesn't this chart show that Russia has 5 times more artillery than Ukraine? Why did Russia die and not Ukraine? It's not like Russia doesn't produce artillery,

No, it showed that they had ran low in late 2023 and then received help from NK's stockpile to keep up.
