It's important to be aware that Russia has re-defined nazism as "opposition to Russia's imperialism".
Obviously, they cannot say that Nazism is defined by its fascistic ideology of total submission to the leader, constant glorification of war and military matters, and claims of ethnic superiority; because if they did then they'd have to acknowledge that Russia fits the bill 100% and Ukraine 0%.
So no, the Nazis in WW2 were bad only because they attacked the USSR. That was, in Russia's view, the only thing they did bad. After all, before that attack, Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia were allied, they even invaded Poland together. And certainly, deporting and exterminating entire populations to resettle their land with the "correct" ethnicity is something the Soviet Union did even more than Nazi Germany, and they got to keep doing it after the war is over -- Russia is still doing it today!
As always, when Russia accuses people of doing something; it's because it's what Russia has been doing all along for a long, long while. For example, saying any civilian ship going to Ukrainian ports would be considered as being loaded with weapons, well, it's because civilian ships going to Russian ports are loaded with weapons.
Russia's threats are not being taken seriously anymore. Panama, Togo, and Vanuatu are considering getting grain out of Ukraine before Russia gratuitously destroy it to be more important than massaging Baby Putler's very fragile ego.
