Russia is losing armored vehicles, aircraft, and ships faster than it can build them back. They've started using towing vehicles and golf carts as IFV because they don't have enough BMPs and BTRs anymore.
And the Russians are using different tactics.

Like charging the enemy on golf carts and putting 20 troops on top of a tank.

tank desant. Just meatwave tactics, if you throw enough meat then statistically some may survive and start to dig in and further meatwaves will reinforce them and eventually the frontline moves. It's what Russia does and it works for them because they don't care about the lives of their troops.
From the Russian point of view, losing a lot of troops has many advantages: 1. it shows that you are indeed boldly attacking, so a lot of losses is what gives you medals and promotions, and 2. there's no need to pay those who died, and since Russia's incentive to get meat for the assault has been a highly inflated wage, paying their troops at all is something they want to avoid doing.
Why would they report that to sheeple? Google's for sheep, use Twitter for news.
The world bank has an official website. If they say Ukraine will default next year, they'd put that on there. If it was posted by johndoe677415 in a thread full of "PUSSY IN BIO", it was not actually an official WB statement.
Regardless, Putin's gonna bankrupt his country in a few years through directing all of the resources to the war, and none to his people.
