Line of Actual Control (LAC) : India & Tibet Border Updates

I've noticed that a lot of our top brass are making their way into Twitter. Dunno if it's just on their own initiative or there's a plan out there to make the military's voice heard in some way.

Anyway, welcome to the forum.

They should be banned form participating in Twitter. These are key people who know too much and have their own political agenda.

This was a specific response to your specific statement that India never had decent manufacturing capacity in
'History'. You also said this

So the point of India being under a colonial rule is irrelevant.
As I have said earlier History is a big term...

Always look out for context and not the words.

How come your argument help in negating the fact that we are not known for being excellent in manufacturing traditionally?

Hi all, my first post.
Will start off by saying that inspite of all the arrogance and bravado from the Chinese, their military forums show that they are actually worried that a serious conflict might break out with India.
Their military forum is nowadays 80% filled with India related topics. Its funny reading (auto translate) their arrogant comments that India is nothing and not worth their time, while constantly creating topics on every small development in India.
They are giving serious competition to our western neighbor in obsessing over iver India.
English ones or the one on weibo.

Your thoughts @Falcon

That is typical Chinese.

But unfortunately for them, they have, this time, stretched this one a bit more than they should have. Until and unless they launch a massive attack across LAC in Tibet by year end, they would end up paying a heavy cost.

The world is closing ranks against what is now increasingly being seen as Chinese attempts to gain control of major economies through COVID-19 crisis and to gain territorial control either in terms of long term leases due to overleveraging of economy by quite a few countries or by extraterritorial claims against weaker nations.

China, in my opinion, was banking upon the deeply entrenched thought process of non-alignment within the Indian ruling elites. But this time, it made a costly mistake as it misunderstood Mr Modi's willingness to upend the tradiitonal dogmas of Indian governance and focus on core Indian interests, even at the cost of 'high moral standards'. Pragmatism has finally replaced chasing the utopian dream in India :)

Got it from BR.
You get a peek into the mentality of a average Chinese forum.
