It's still in design stage & as per PN they're designing it & the ship will be built in a Turkish shipyard. Any & every similarity to the Turkish Project MILGEM Frigates is purely coincidental.

MILGEM is good design I believe and kicks serious punch on per tonnage basis.
What do we have as dedicated frigate? Talwar class I think which to be honest is too big too be called a frigate.
