India-US Relations

Indeed, the surprising thing is how protectionist India is about allowing foreign goods and services, EXCEPT on the critically important topic of military procurements!

But to give credit, things appear to be moving in the right direction.
East India company came to India , started a factory , asked for more concessions and then took over the country. America is nothing but west India company. Indians would be twice born fools to get into perpetual economic slavery after fighting for independence from british.

Indian companies certainly need competition and that should come from countries like japan, korea which dont have any ulterior agenda or motives.

Nope, they want us to open our agri & dairy sector whole sale. This is not some thing new , US has trying to pry open Indian sectors for quite some time , probably some one should remind you of the farmers protest. Orchestrated farmers protest was not anti-modi but anti-India altogether. Any reforms would have created problems for their agri export.

Already excluded from mini trade deal. GM crop and dairy will be negotiated after 9th July and it won't be successful in my opinion, it is the redline.

For you @RationalGuy & @Rajput Lion 1:07 to 1:14
We admitted losses, but not what kind of losses
There is a saying in Hindi that, "घर का जोगी जोगडा, आन गांव का सिद्द" meaning despite having experts at your home, one tends to bring outside expertise, lol.

Do you think ONLY USAF pilots know about X-Guards and not us? Here is what I said to @randomradio on June 4th:
