Recovered Covid patients return to hospitals with respiratory illnesses
Covid-19 is known to attack the endothelial cells that line the blood vessels, leading to clotting across the body.
I had bronchitis last year and it was awful. You cough so much and mucus comes out everytime that it start paining in throat and lungs. Eyes turn red and tears comes out due to continuous coughing. It's dreadful. Sometimes i had to stand up for coughing because it was so intense. And those sleepless nights.
It took me about 3 months to fully recover with all cough syrups and antibiotics. My doctor was very experienced and supportive. I can only imagine how it feels living with more impaired respiratory function because even my condition was like I have been to hell.
It might have been a severe asthmatic attack
Did they put you on Steroids along with a Nebulizer
And ultimately which Antibiotic worked in your case
Yes Antibiotics worked. Didn't take any steroids or Nebulizer. I don't have asthma.
My cough was accompanied with fever. Problem was when fever went, I stopped going to doctor as only minor cough was there. But then cough returned with vengeance and doc explained i have to be on antibiotics for cough which in normal experience you don't take.
Coming months of September, October is honeymoon period for airborne infections. Now corona is added too.
My mother had a Twin attack of Severe allergic asthma Plus Bacterial Infection in 2018
In February , it was cold weather and she went to gardens in early morning
So the cold air and Pollen from trees and grass led to a severe asthma attack
And she caught a bacterial.infection from some.friend
So I had to rush to Casualty / emergency ward , She was unable to even speak due to cough and asthma
Their they first put her on Steroids in a Nebuliser , then.gave high doses of
Intra venous Augmentin for Bacterial infection
And.it worked like Magic , Within 3 days she was back home
Since then she keeps Nebuliser and inhalers and One Full course of Augmentin ready
For any emergency at odd hours

And press doing a fabulous job of naming and shaming hospital who are dare to see regular patients.
When a admitted case turns covid +, u should see the press and news channel coverage.
Instead of encouring hospital for taking the risk and had their life on the line.. These buggers frame it like some thing wrong and try to portray badly.

Pakistan did 21 lakhs or 2.1M corona test till now and India did one third, i.e, 7 lakhs or 0.7M in one day and Abduls are dancing how they have low corona cases and even Bill gates appreciated "Im the dim".

I did't want to compare but it's incumbent upon us to show the mirror once in a while.
The quality of the media is really bad. And the quality of the consumers is even worse. So that's the end result.
