I think it will subside considerably by 30th or at least I hope so. There is a need for sealing of hospitals in the NE. Tripura has 2 case so far, 1 was found last night. I think the number will increase to a few dozens by 30th April.

No, he took away the suspense and the TRP Modi would have got when whole country waited for Modi to break this. Now everyone knows lockdown is extended so they won't be much eager to follow Modi's live address to nation.

Even during the crisis most governments are worried about PR and Image, Kejri being the worst.

It will be extended even after 30 April. Subzi Mandi (Vegetable market) in almost every city is defying the purpose of lockdown. Though administration had moved them into bigger ground instead of usual place they are still packed and can be next thing that spread the virus.

Not to mention the migration of people from Delhi, those cases will start to surface soon. There has been multiple cases so far in Uttar Pradesh that are detected only after death, multiple days after death, that's disturbing.
