Nothing will happen to Maulana, nothing at all, probably not even few days in jail. These are weak@ss sections, with the kind of following Jamat has Congressi ecosystem will already be in action. Most of these FIR are like cruel joke to public largely unaware of due process.

Major Indian pharma companies have a large API instal base, which can be made operational in days and churn out required API material in large quantity! They stop API operations around a decade ago due to price incentives. So don't worry.
