Once they form association, they fix the price for transport loading and unloading...
I recently shifted places. Vehicle cost 4000 ₹ , labour cost 8000 ₹ , while guys from association demanded twice that.
Vehicle guy told that even if association guys didn't load, still they extracted money from certain customer s.
These were spread from Kerala I think.
They are most popular in this.
Construction worker s were earning 600 -800 ₹ per day..
These guys were well paid.
But at the same certain sections of labourers are severely underpaid.
It's not equal every where.

None of the country you mentioned had put the complete lockdown in place like India in initial stage so to hide behind "see, everyone failed" won't work. The lockdown was sabotaged by Kejri and Intelligence as well as police was cought pants down, again, this Tabligi Jamat HQ is not a new thing.
They know very very well that it's a HQ of an highly active international religious organization with 15 crore members. That this same organization has led to community spread in Pakistan and spread virus in other countries too. That muslims are defying lockdown orders so special eye must be kept on Deoband and these institutions. This is standard operating procedure, nothing complex or out of world in it, a newly recruited constable can tell you this. That's why I am amazed by compete absence/failure of IB.

You should feel lucky that Indian government initiated a lockdown much earlier compared to other countries. I also pay taxes and at a much higher rate, yet look at how pathetically the so called super power failed in protecting it’s citizens. You want to keep complaining for every damn reason?? Try appreciating something for a change.
