If the plans for a A-330 AWACS are shelved then what is Netra-3?

Ok, got some clarity. The future 360° AWACS system will also be implemented on A-321 instead of A-330 similar to Netra Mk-2. Whether the future A-321 will be a refurbished one a new one is still up for debate.

No development as such. It's raytheon ISTAR. They trying hard to get some ToT.
If they are trying for Raytheon Sentinel then why develop main underbelly radar? Looks like there is alot of miscommunication in the desi defence enthusiast's community.

ISTAR is mostly software. They are trying to extract maximum from the deal. Thus the delay.
