What about it? Most of them weren't Muslims (even their Muslims aren't as brainwashed as Pakistani ones); and the USSR was able to handle them because it wasn't a democracy.
For a democracy like India, such a demographic bomb would be doubly dangerous. What makes you feel that Sindhis are still connected to roots and could be reverted; any specific reason?

What I am saying is whether this is unconstitutional or not isn't up to us to decide. Whether action is lawful or not will be decided by the court & verdict will be made by Court. As of now, those who are saying this is unconstitutional have a fragile ground. There is no insult to Supreme court if parliament make or change a law . SC's duty is to interpret and make sure that everyone is following the law and parliament's job is to make law for the peoples based on their democratic mandate.
You are correct in pointing out that as long as an action didn't violate the fundamental rights, Parliament can pretty much override it with new law. However, if the parliament passed a law that SC finds to have violated constitution, and parliament passed law to override it, SC can still strike it down & that will cause constitutional crisis. In that case, either president have to dissolve the parliament, suspend constitution or Parliament have to impeach SC judges. And that would be an insult.
What would we do with POJK?
Giljit baltistan is really useful because it would cut Pak off from China and give us a land route to Central Asia.

Bahawalpur, Muridke etc should be completely flattened. They are Jihad Central.
Gilgit and Baltistan would have extremely poor connectivity with rest of J&K.. Managing thoes areas without disintegrating Mod edit
akistan would be really difficult..May be @Falcon and @vstol Jocky can enlighten on operation feasibility post capture of that area..

Just check out the boundary of POJK. Dogra Rajputs were not idiots. They created a state which dominated all the mountains leading into their state. The boundaryline of POJK is the last pir panjal range hills over looking Islamabad and the plains of earstwhile India which led from khyber pass.

If there was a Mistake while drafting the Article 370 , it does not mean that the Country should suffer for ever

Mirpur is easy but the plains of jammu and Sialkot will see some very intense fighting. GB is not possible without opening another front to tie down PA in Punjab.
