On the other forum a lot of members discuss about lack of equipment to Para SF. To some extent it is a genuine concern when it comes to better body armour and night fightin capabilities but it is also over exaggerated concern. The reason is, when you are talking about mountain warfare you are only supposed to carry important gear. Either you climb up the hill and fight or carry full load. You carry 8kgs of bullet proof body armour then you want to carry another 6kgs of ammo and then 20kgs of backpack in case you have to stay and hold for longer hours.
Any soldier will try to reduce the weight while fighting so that he can move comfortably. You have drones, employ drones to carry the rest of the load to a temporary holding point. In fact drones can also deliver ammo, medics etc to inner circle during gun battle.
Important is swift movement during a gun battle.

Is there some sort of gun attached to the handle in the arm? Even if not, it's fun to imagine one man squad with this.
A soldier with exoskeleton+ jetpack for mobility, A helmet mounted display with either voice control or small (pointer?touchpad?) input device inside that arm handle, which is used to coordinate and control its own mix of unmanned vehicles. Maybe a drone shield for cover from hostile fire while ascending. Phew
For urban operations ofcourse.

Yep. Aside from MARCOS & some units of NSG, no other Spec Ops unit has COMTACS. I struggle to understand their thought process. If they don't want/need COMTACS why go for a high cut ballistic helmet?
