“Based on some internal inputs, a special team of Nagaur police conducted a raid at the accused, Suleman Khan’s residence in Nagaur’s Thanvla on Sunday and found a huge amount of explosives,” Nagaur Superintendent of Police (SP) Mridul Kachhwa said.
According to the police, Suleman had hidden the explosives, including 9,550 kg of ammonium nitrate stored in 187 cartons, nine cartoon detonators, 15 bundles of blue wick wire, nine bundles of red wick wire, and more, at his field.
“The accused Suleman Khan also has three cases lodged against him at Nagaur’s Thanvla, Padukallan, and Alwar’s Chaupasni. All three cases are under the Explosives Act,” Kachhwa said.
Following the development, the police arrested Suleman and lodged a case against him under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Explosives Act, 1884. He has three previous criminal cases registered against him, the SP said

Depends on the criteria you are using. If it is sheer no. of FAs and other aircrafts in service, then as per this website it seems to be the case. Of course as per air operation/A2G performance, I doubt anyone can claim the PAF can match the Israelis.

But most of the FAs of PAF are not in good conditions..and they rarely even fly those just cuz they don't have money for maintenance...Israel Air Force probably will eat them whole in a conflict even if we exclude those F-35s.
PAF is looking to procure around 40-60 J-35As(pilots are already training in China as per some reports for some time) and they plan to increase their J-10CE fleet to around 80 more jets. So they're doing their level best to continue their parity against us. But forget about IAF(Israel), they won't remain a match against our IAF by 2040. Our indigenous manufacturing of jets and BVRAAMs along with intelligent imports(Rafale & Su-57 et al) are enough to give us massive advantage against them.
It is a data based comparison that relies on nos. It does not take in account the condition of the FAs. If you have X airframe still in service, then it is considered part of your strength. I know where you're coming from. It is their criteria, it can be flawed or not so flawed, depending on how you think. Quality vs Quantity. PAF has a flawed quantity as you pointed out. However, on paper they have more FAs in service. No one doubts the capabilities on the Israelis even w/o the F-35s.
