If the Pakistanis are getting the Chinese stealth fighter soon, then they will hold and prepare on other spheres until they are fully operational on J35. Once they get it, they will do it! This is that preparation possibly.

Well that's a poor analogy. Chinese failed utterly to replicate SpaceX with their reusable launch and Long March 3 rockets failing last year but they are trying to match US space capability. By your logic since China can't even launch a SpaceX type rocket it can't and shouldn't match US.
In terms of signal disruptions we can disrupt Beidou and GPS signals already. Satellite to Satellite shadowing capability was already shown via Spadex and needs to be improved and expanded upon. Already we have plan for bodyguard satellites etc. PSLV failures are just hiccups they won't stop our trajectory in space.

The real goal is to prevent any conflict and any deaths by pre-empting any terror attacks on our people. While at the same time, we need to work with the Taliban and Balochis to keep up the pressure on them on the other 2 fronts.
You'd probably have us immediately go to war against them which would kill the 20-30 people perhaps even more very quickly. Keeping pressure on the enemy through covert means is always one of the best ways to keep them off of balance.

As someone had said here, if you f*ck their wife infront of them they will say they won because they saw you naked. They got a sound beating in 48, 65 71, 84 ,99 and 2025 yet the people in that forum are so delusional.
When you have reliable launch vehicle which u want to use to get the big chunk of global launch market and challenge SpaceX u can afford to have few losses , not back to back losses few months apart and that too on the same third stage ...it definitely creates doubt on the mind of the customer on your quality Control , your crash investigation , your ability to fix issues and the worst case is if China/US are using advanced space based disruption most of the customers will backoff from taking such risk on launching with us and that's gonna hurt us big time ....I am really hoping ISRO will get it act together and fix the issue as a top priority as our national security is at stake when we cant launch military satellites .
I honestly don't care about customers. Can Indian defence industry get what it wants to space most of the time? Hell yes. PSLV isn't the only rocket we have and even then most of its launches has been successful. ISRO won't sit quiet on the PSLV matter now and will work hard to rectify its issues.
This recent failure was disheartening but every spacefairing nation will have failures some of which are catastrophic. USSR literally had an ICBM which exploded on the ground during a test in 1961 which burned alive their field Marshall and 60 other high ranking Soviet engineers and scientists. America lost 2 entire space shuttles and their entire crew. So toughen up. Space is hard and we will see many more failures in the future but that wont stop our march.
