PAF's main bases are beyond the range of Hammer (60-70 km), but within the range of other glide bombs (up to 150 km). But most terrorist targets were within the range of Hammer.
 
One of the biggest problem with Rafale is the limited range of most of its weapons for strike role. Except for Scalp it does not have even one weapon which can exceed 100kms range. French need to work on it or allow India to do the modifications by giving us source codes. In return we can allow France to sell our weapons mated to Rafale as their own. Let them source these weapons from us and sell it as a package of weapons for Rafale. This limitation of Rafale is extremely serious drawback of it. Imagine even a Jaguar performed better than Rafale when it came to standoff range strikes.

Meteor have range greater than 100km. Official is 100 but estimated is 200km.

In mmrca,EFT too don't have many options for a2g weaoons. Only US fighters have such luxury.

The limitation we have faced will be faced by even French AF Rafale and they will be shot down in droves by R-37s and will not be able to escape. The present radar on Rafale is actually incapable of even exploiting the full potential of Meteror missile. The french have followed the philosophy of keeping the aircraft design in 10:1 ratio. Which means that the max thickness of the fuselage should be just 10% of the length of the fuselage. These are design considerations to keep the drag low. You all will be shocked to know that not just the reynolds number of the airfoil of Rafale and M2k is same but even the fuselage length of them both is same. Rafale is very badly handicapped as a result of its small size of Radar. Besides what I had already talked about. The Radar size of Rafale and M2k is same and so is the size of their nose.

The typhoon can fire two different cruise missiles and a lot of American munitions. The f-15EX can carry even more standoff munitions around 13000kg payload capacity with 23 hardpoints fully loaded.

Sir, if you can confirm(opsec wise) were the runway attack on Rahim Yar Khan done by SAAW with Jaguars or something else? because one of the video I saw showed that explosion happend once the munition has penetrated the runway into topsoil.

He starts by saying the crater is huge then points to a glide bomb with 80 kg warhead. It cant be SAAW looking at the images and videos.
