It's only partly true. Our IADS is a step or two ahead. So is our ISR and EW.

They will have to expend more effort to hit the same amount of targets and put more assets at risk in the process. For example, they don't have reliable defenses against Brahmos and Rampage, but we have against Ra'ad and Babur.

It is concerning how fast/much Pakistan can acquire Chinese capabilities. I've heard rumors China rushed non export PL-15 to Pakistan.

For China, military aid to Pakistan is the cheapest way of keeping India off balance and distracted.
