Propaganda of the kind Paxtan carries out is good enough for minor encounters or ones like Balakot where we don't escalate beyond a point.

Those are just compression artifacts. It happens during image processing.
Anyway, people, don't go by Google Lens dates. When Google cannot figure out the date, it just randomly sticks one in. The only real clue to a past photo is to get multiple hits for it.
Low value military targets - chosen previously, spread across multiple locations will be the way to go
