Not really... Brahmos is road mobile. Good luck targetting it with Babur II. By the time Babur II travels that much distance to arrive at a point where it can engage the TEL in terminal seeking, Brahmos TEL will be long gone.
Besides Brahmos batteries will be protected by QRSAM so slow moving Baburs and Raads will not be an issue at all. Remember, Brahmos missile launcher takes just few minutes to erect and launch the missile and then move away. Any ship approaching Karachi, will be vulnerable for many hours, giving Brahmos batteries long time to hit them. They will have no where to hide in open sea.
Not to mention, ALL approach routes to Dwarka from Pakistan will be over water. So place for Pakistani jets and cruise missiles to hide by masking with ground features. They will be picked up by Indian SAM Radars and destroyed using medium range SAMs like MRSAM (Barak 8) and short ranged SAM like Akash-S.
And last but not the least, these parts will be protected by IAF CAPs as well.
Unlike Pakistan, India MQ9Bs which can deploy Sonobouys. During war, enough sonobouys will be deployed so that one can walk from Gujarat to Karachi over water. PN subs will have very hard time to hide. Once a sub is detected, it will be hit from ground using India's SMART rocket assisted torpido with 600-700 KM range.Yes same old tactic, basically forcing Pakistan navy to move away from it's coastal areas. Nobody knows what is hiding in the water vstol. You have to search vast amount of water this time. Someone, somewhere etc.
Did I also mention that India can put a lot of dummy Brahmos TELs too? Like Russia "destroying HIMARS" you will be targetting and destroying something with cruise missile and stand off weapons... Just that something will be nothing.

what if it is replaced by some chinese submarine as a decoy and docked, and 3 are in water? In any case it should be prevented sneaking into Bay of Bengal.

In my opinion major action will happen either in sea or in hill, because summers have already arrived, Punjab, Rajasthan and Gujarat will be too hot.
There will be action, the scope is not known and I am not clever enough to predict the scope. But there will be.

what's not feasible , sneaking into Bay of Bengal or the decoy thing? A Turkish warship is there having ASW capabilities most probably for supplies and suppressing vessel movement of PN Submarines and detecting Indian vessels.
Pakistan operates two sub classes that have AIP. Khalid or Agosta and Hangor or 039B upgrade from China. They have AIP indurance of about 1400 and 800 nm respectively. Maximum they can do is to arrive undetected at Sri Lanka from Pakistan. Beyond that they will be out of endurance.
Now when IN deploys Sonobouys, even that becomes hard. And IN with Seaguardian drones can do very decent monitoring of the waters using those sonobouys. And I have not even talked about IN ASW aircrafts.
India should however fire huge volleys of Brahmos to sink Turkish ASW ships. Let them invoke Article 5, we will see how many european countries will respond to that. About time NATO gets tested. Best will be to sink Turkish ships and then claim it was a mistake because PN ships were the target. Brahmos got confused in the fog of war.

Anyway they don't have the range to go that far without snorkeling. And at AIP speeds, they are still probably on the way towards Lakshadweep Islands.
I think India will do some kind of military action... scope is unknown. It could be purely symbolic or it could be a full scale offensive. I do not know that. But they will do something.
