JIYO PARSI - Asking Parsis to Have More Kids, in the Most Regressive and Patriarchal Way

( only the first three - four paragraphs are related to the OP)

Related to your need to troll more like it.

Big deal. The whole world was doing the same at the time. The Egyptians. The Greeks. Don't know much about you guys to be honest, but I wouldn't bet against it from what little I do.

Nonetheless, the rest of the piece was a brilliant read.

It clearly described what most Persians and Parsis know about Persia's "conversion" to Islam - in that, it was Islam's conversion to Zoroastrianism, with Muhammad and Allah as titular proxies, and Arabic now exerting influence on the transformation of middle Persian to new Persian.

There is a lot later about Zoroastrianism that I will go back and read when I get more uninterrupted time.

Thank you for the share. Unintended as the benefits were.

Cheers, Doc

Bawa , you're breaking my heart . If I had to troll , I'd have said this Jiyo Parsi campaign is bound to fail coz 1 out of 3 dickraas is a confirmed bachelor ( an euphemism for you know what ) , the second is a ready and Randy guy who's definitely settle down ( problem is one doesn't know if he'd settle down within the community or outside of it ) & the third is between the first two.( it means one isn't sure if he'd marry & after marriage if he'd consummate the wedding and if he does, that'd result in something tangible . In other words, there are too many uncertainties. ) .As we can all see this considerably narrows down the prospects of boosting your nos exponentially.

Now , let's move on the the females . It's a given that the females of the Parsi community are among the most emancipated compared to the counterparts in any other Indian community . It's also understood that the levels of academic education of a Parsi female far far outweighs that of a male in her community , in general.
Both of which apart from the reasons cited in the first paragraph make it more likely for a Parsi female to seek a spouse outside the community.

In the light of the above , it can safely be deduced that you're fighting a losing battle . I , actually , didn't want to make such a grim prognosis but you forced my hand .

P.S - You guys ought to be looking to convert the Kurds . They share your genetic make up & are also rumoured to have been your CO religionists once upon a time . Btw , dickraa , even if they aren't , they're gawky & nerdy enough to pass off as you . Their ancestors shared the same practises as yours , you see.

To sum up , if I were a troll , I'd have posted this before I did the previous piece.

All of the above was suitably joyous puppy being given an out to troll, and is noted benevolently.

Your "assertions" about us Parsi males being gay and dunces is of course also given due acknowledgement as coming for the repository of a self styled expert. Like our common friend @STEPHEN COHEN

Its a wonder how many Parsi experts one can get on defense forums.

Its as if the Vedic Hindus never cut their umbilical cord after coming here.

Kurds are not being converted. They are reverting.

What does need to be done in the near future is revert a considerable section of the 60 million Persians who reside in Iran today.

I think looking at what a community of less than 100,000 has achieved, 60 million would make us the superpower we once were when we walked on the path of Asha.

Besides which, I hardly think the US and Israel would have issues with a Zoroastrian Iran. Even a nuclear armed Zoroastrian Iran.

Cheers, Doc

Frankly , I don't understand you or your motivations . You post a topic and tag people seeking their opinions. When they do opine , you criticise them instead of critiquing their opinions .

The last time your lot walked in the path of Asha you met the Arabs .

*Yawn*

I welcome opinions.

Not assumptions not based on fact.

So , post facts as a counter .

I post facts to counter facts.

Which part of the innuendos of Parsi males being gay, not interested in sex or kids, and Parsi women being smarter and more educated than Parsi men qualify as facts?

Really, its easy for any guy with a net connection to shoot his mouth off.

Does that mean one must waste time and give credence to nonsense by actively countering rubbish?

That sounds like poor ROI to me.

Cheers, Doc

I'm going by anecdotal evidence . Do you have any studies which suggest something to the contrary.

If not , it's your word against mine .

Anecdotal "evidence".

Is this the part you tell us about how many Ivy league bawa chicks you've bedded while your not over-bright gay bawa male friends from Albess Baug stood watch and got the beer?

Cheers, Doc

I used to stay opposite a Parsi colony in Grant Road , since my childhood . Still have the apartment .
Bragging , disclosing personal details , etc comes naturally to some people . Not everyone.

@vsdoc Parsis can do what ever they want ; after all its a Free country

The numbers will speak for themselves ; so please drop this Holier than thou attitude

And frankly in a country with such a huge population ;
nobody cares if parsis get extinct
Well many do care, like me.

I would prefer 1 million Parsis in place of 100 million duplicate, converted, 2nd rated "You know who I am talking about" people :censored:.

We used to come over to your place as kids to a Dr. Workingboxwalla for our shots and sniffles.

If you don't mind , I'm not comfortable discussing personal stuff over in a public forum . I strongly think you should desist from it too.
