Indo-Israeli Barak-8 / MRSAM

I am unsure on multiple projects ERSAM XRSAM though, ERSAM is what, extended range? X or Ex whatever they pronounce maybe its just XRSAM system. I know that old sky blue pic where DRDO revealed ERSAM, but that one is quite old & later evolved into being called XRSAM? Maybe its just XRSAM pronounced exRSAM (aka ERSAM)

For me there can be two possibilities:
1. ERSAM = Enhanced Range SAM
XRSAM = eXtended Range SAM

2. ERSAM = Extended Range SAM
XRSAM = eXtreme Range SAM .

If we go by this pic, here it is mentioned that the missiles will be having the Active Radar Homing Seeker.

Firing looks eminent. Also, why the heck too many names - Project LRSAM / Programme LRSAM.

The missile tube looks very slim, giving the vibe of Barak ER (150km range).

There was only one pic, and it seemed the booster was of that size dia, it was mentioned as similar to brahmos booster. Actual missile is a bit slim.

look just because its named Kusha you can not insult it like that they tried very well to hide, could have named it kasha.

Highly doubtful that it is related to Akash-NG. IMO, it is modified MRSAM for higher ranges.

Who knows if,

Project Kusha = Project LRSAM = Programme LRSAM = ERADS?


We know there exists :
1. LRSAM
2. ERSAM
3. XRSAM

Now, we need to see if they are the M1, M2 and M3 missiles of Project LRSAM/Kusha.

Yeah, though the other m2 M3 have not appeared since so could be the same version different prototypes. Recent sow all have been consistent with P1 P2 motor & M1B.
