Pakistan Armed Forces - News & Discussions

Well obviously if you take the word of a twitter account, as absolute truth regarding a missile test, without another source, I can only pity you.
That too coming from a twitter account known to be operated from abroad and never ever saying anything positive about Pakistan.
If that's your criteria then I have nothing else to contribute here
Next plz
Well as usual you are practicing hypocrisy at the highest level, even you did the same thing posted a tweet from twitter which had zero technical info having a grainy video. Based on your own argument why should we believe you any way? What makes you think your tweet or DGISPR's tweet has more truth than others or is believable.

The very BLF (or similar groups) posts better videos of attacks on pakistan soldiers which your military does not even have guts to refute. Videos posted by BLF are more original than grainy cartoon posted in your tweet. I bet ppl in BLF are laughing their asses of looking at the old grainy cartoon.

Well yes. That was a confirmed news from credible news sources. Not a tweet from a baloch asylum seeker living in some refugee accommodation in Holland.
No both the same. Sanction has not confirmed only talk of it just like the crash of the Chinese missile.

Shows what tickles both.

Apparently PAF has rekindled their interest In J-10C.
Pakistan wanted the bird "only" with a Chinese home grown jet engine and China failed miserably at that for many years.
Now that Chinese engine has come of age and manufacturing in numbers is possible, PAF has started showing interest.

That's all very fine but iron brother expects to be paid in hard cash whereas you've been borrowing from everybody including biraadar mulk, iron brother & the kafirs aka the IMF.

Who's going to fund this new toy the PAF desires . Remember, if you do it thru diversion of funds from developmental activities, the IMF would screw you the next time you went to them with a begging bowl.

Besides, isn't the PAF going to test it first especially if it comes fitted with a Chinese engine?

Atleast you won't see Modi begging like Imran Khan does every now and then.

See the desperation of your leader:

Mortgaging of Islamabad park planned to get Rs500bn loan

Amid ailing economy, Imran Khan to mortgage Islamabad's biggest park to get loan

This news is from just 1 day ago. Go further back to see numerous such examples. Kitne nange hogaye bhai?🤣🤣

I'd say PA is playing this smartly. If the missile ends up in Islamabad or Pindi, the Chinese will take twice the blame. How so, you ask? To begin with PA will blame them for unloading junk missile technology & on top of that an equally lousy navigation satellite.

Btw how come your new found friends the Russians haven't approached you or vice versa. They've a much better navigational aid in GLONASS.

Shaheen-1A test fired today.
Less known fact is that the variant launched today and it has been launched previously too, isn't a missile in its own right. Rather a test vehicle for the big boys, like Shaheen 3 and Ababeel.

I trust you have a reference then to back up your claim or is it one of those Safriz analysis once more.

I tried finding at least 5 sub saharan countries that save less than 100 dollars per person a year.

Think I could find about 3 (after looking into 30 or so) and gave up....

I mean Chad saves about 140 dollars per person.....and Pakistan half that (and declining). Just to put things in context.

This decade (as savings result fleshes out in about this time period) is going to be entertaining karma to watch....hopefully topped off with Dhaka maidan ceremony version 2.

This is literally the level of trust Pakistanis have in their system after all....and they had oodles more of it in 1971 (even with the sweet departure of the actual part that had a chance to matter)....1971 after all being far closer to the gujju-musulman/conman experiment start.

It's not like this gujju experiment has the wherewithal to develop juche level of insularity like the Norks. That actual needs some modicum of stripping away religion (and thus the emotionalism competition) altogether, rather than tripled down on it like a bunch of 1000 year mard-e-momin dreamz but quick pistol-chucking reality in 2 weeks.

2021 is fun 50th year anniversary but also likely crucial juncture of something lot more that you will see going forward.

Pakistan Central Bank numbers....there's a reason why these people dont like some details (or sordid manifestations of said details, since the actual details are not of interest to such folks) one bit.

i.e Just enough to keeps the khaki mansions well oiled....but nothing else. The nothing else (except inflation) sorts aren't going to take this gently the worse it gets....parched worse-than-africa savings is just first canary in coal mine.

Well, breaking news. You're next doors, not thousands of miles away.
Plus before the Muslim hater Modi came to power, visa wasn't difficult either.
In Modis India, if you go to Indian embassy for a visa and you are brown or black, they ask religion and ethnicity. No matter what passport you have, you will be refused if you are ethnically from certain countries, specially Pakistan.
I can only wish we could return this abysmal hate in the same way.

Do you know the reason why? Does David Coleman Headley aka Dawood Saeed Geelani & Tahawwur Rana ring a bell? Those changes came in place much before Modi took power. Google the names if you aren't aware of it.

They've a thriving parallel economy too. A lot of money & jewellery under mattresses or locked up in safes. I suspect that's how they're surviving the downturn courtesy the Chinese virus courtesy their iron brother.

Somewhat, but this is not going to matter much to pool wealth officially so that corporate/govt (of which both are also non-existent + atrocious state) can actually measure and deploy it for what is actually needed to get out of rut.

They are in a big pickle....Chinese also seem to know it if you look at tea leaves of details in CPEC.

Pakistan will continue to survive, their economic situation may worsen. But it will not be at the verge that the state will collapse nor will it affect its military spending in a significant way.

Arabs won't oust the Pakistani labour working there as it's a bargaining chip for them. They might not give more aid, but that's that. Chinese will give just enough loans so that the state doesn't default.

And USA will ensure that enough finances keep flowing into Pakistan from going it total bust.

We should stop dreaming that economic pressure from 3rd party will worsen the situation of Pakistan so much that by the end of this decade we will be able to travel to Jammu on a train via Sialkot.

This is not economic pressure imposed by outsiders....that is actually somewhat small fry (in comparison)....but gets lot of media attention because a USD/geopolitics/foreign sector etc are actually something more people (with means) are interested by.

This is their own lack of trust in their own country (keeping savings low and then having is fall even further at this stage in demographic transition with TFR = 3.5 too).

Every single thing you mention has been in operation for 10 years and more, yet the savings rate fall has been precipitous and internally driven.

i.e they are not well connected.

It takes real negative psychological effort to sink it from already bad 25 billion a year to 15 billion and then 10 billion....all because mansions/DHA's need to stay up whatever the inflation passed on because of it.

There is something that has metastasized even into their real estate market thats never seen before....anyway we can all wait and see how it plays out this decade.
