I believe there is some conspiracy cooking on. I could be wrong but suddenly past 2-3 years I believe that there is an attempt by to sabotage India's education and academics. Rise in protests at Universities like BHU and today in IISc is worrisome. The adversary doesn't want India to do well in academics. They want to spoil the youth and education.
Pakistan and China both are highly jealous India being IT power. Yes there are some western countries too who could be involved in this. But involving students in those protests which do not have any relevance to University life or Job scenario should be a crime.
I hope there are immediate steps taken to curtain universities of research and higher studies out of the political sphere. We cannot afford to see protest inside IISc campus which happened today.
Conquering bengal is on top of BJP agenda... so dismissing the legitimate government of bengal is not something BJP would do lightly..

But how do you remove illegal Bangladeshis? I am all for kicking them out. But, NRC will kick more Hindus, especially poor ones out of the Register, than bangladeshi illegals who invariably have better documentation than Hindus. And Hindus left out would have to go through a legal mess lasting more than a decade..
It would have been easier if all non Muslim residents gain entry into the register by default. But, the constitution does not allow that. NRC requirements like in assam will require Hindus to go through Hell.

There is another side of this citizen ammendment bill which many have not pressed upon. It seems that many foreign countries and also India have worked together with this because there were many Afghanistani sikhs , hindu refugees in and around delhi who used to enter US or Europe without documents through agents and also there was a big underground industry working to create documents for these people so that they can file asylum. This was a security threat for both India and abroad. Now after the new bill has come this will weaken the grounds of asylum or immigration on humanity grounds outside India. They have become the part of majority and the immigration and asylum middle men are out of business.
This act will now become standard all across the christian world. This act includes christians from these three countries.
