Manufacturing of the 2nd prototype unit of the light tank has commenced at L&T. (project CVR-280)
Hopefully, they can add some hard kill system probably
I thought the 2nd prototype was to just speed up the test schedule.
In 2022 we saw a tender for APS systems development for the NGMBT. The radar was supposed to have 24 elements for 360 deg coverage.
Major subsystems like radars & interceptors are ready.
Indian Active Protection System developments
To get this system onto the Zorawar it would need to be miniaturized.

It looks like lots of Obstacles for APS launcher, in case aps is added.
The RCWS should be moved to back and the commander sight be brought lower.
For clear up better field of view for future APS launcher.
