Anything in development/ developed will eventually will fall in to Pakistani backyard. Turkish gen5 fighter is a heavy category one, question is do we have to redraw AMCA or we need to develop another heavy fighter along with AMCA?

Wake me up if it flies...🤗😉

And that sugar daddy itself may well be kicked out of NATO...😉😊
That scenario came the day they signed s400 deal with Russia, still they are under nato umbrella. I don't see that possibility now, atleast till the end of current US administration.

Wtf they completed the design and development of 10,000 lbf engine within 2 yrs that too without any prior experience. Same thing with their turboshaft engine also it too completed all the design and development within 2 yrs . Some thing is really fishy.

So more like HTFE-25. The R&D phase would have started earlier. They are part of the global supply chain for GE engines. Even licence-producing F110. This is not such a giant leap.

Meanwhile India still waits for Tejas Mk2 prototype rollout.

Let me share with you a fun fact . Assuming the CCS approval for the CDR of AMCA Mk-1 comes thru & funds are disbursed , who'd build the prototype ?

It's supposed to be an SPV which'd build it . Where's the SPV ?

Alpha Defence reported a few days back that basically none of the Pvt sector players responded to the GoI's invite as none of them have the expertise , hence confidence - a fact they shared with the GoI .
