Take aways from 'Howdy, Modi!'

Sir,
Could you elaborate on the salience of cyber security, data protection & space command that both India & US have mutually committed to, given that the US companies are hostile towards GoI steps towards asking US companies to store data within India on its transactions in India & have the US administration actively taking up this issue with the GoI?

Cyber security and data protection is lip service from both sides. Why would US share their decryption or hash algorithm breaking techniques to us? They will happily snoop on us like they did with European counterparts before snowden went rogue.

It will be mostly limited to identifying attack IPs, servers and signatures/ exploit code. USA won't share its number one advantage in any technical field, not even with brits.

The take aways are clear, Modi was aggressive because he wanted to convey facts make India's stand clear. It is 'shared dream' and 'bright future.' Alice Wells did the rest she said, “....I would like to see the same level of concern expressed about Muslims who are being detained in Western China, literally in concentration-like conditions. And so being concerned about the human rights of Muslims does extend more broadly than Kashmir."
Alice Wells, US acting assistant secretary for South and Central Asia, said in New York on Thursday (early Friday India time) that Khan’s comments on Kashmir were unhelpful.S he also questioned why Khan was not speaking out on China, which detains an estimated one million Uighyurs.
