FATF want action on terror financing nothing much, it's a body that monitor money laundering and terror financing that's the mandate, it's not anti terrorism body. However it's members with significant influence have used it as an effective tool to tighten screws on nations exporting terrorism in one form or other. Among this US, the most influential member want irreversible action on terrorism from Pakistan.

What more irreversible than death of terriost leaders? On terror financing you can never be sure and have to accept the steps taken on face value.

Irrespective of how destructive is one nation to humanity and it's crime against world no world body approach that nation with an intent to punish, they are more interested in correction instead of punishment and whatever a nation does is taken on face value even with zero credibility. It's different from bilateral relations where emphasis is on punishment.

Masood azhar is a liability for pakistan , why in the world would we try kill him?
If there has been an attempt then it must be the handiwork of the deepstate.

And will Pak allow US to see Azhars body?or will they just believe their rhetoric after Laden fiasco?
 
Dont care much about this speculation, but I on a similar thread on another forum I came across some gems. The explanation presented was the cooling plant of the hospital caught fire (i.e the chiller most likely aircooled) then someone came up with an amazing tidbit saying the compressor malfunctioned in the cooling system and caused the explosion.

They are non inflammable gases but explosions, though rare, aren't unheard off. This happens during maintenance. I think someone here hit the nail on the head when they mentioned that most hospitals have central air conditioning using chillers & not ducted package units - floor or ceiling mounted ( even then the condensing units containing the compressor are located on the outside whereas the smoke here seems to emanate from the inside) . Assuming this particular hospital did have a chiller, if its an air cooled one the unit would be located on a terrace & if it's a water cooler one in the basement. None of which seems to be the case going by the photographs displayed here. Explosions whether thru oxygen generating machines - air compressors, chillers or cooking gas cylinders aren't located in the heart of a hospital. They're usually on the ground floor or the basement. This is how hospitals are universally designed. Then again this is Pakistan, we're referring to.

P. S - moreover explosions due to an air conditioning compressor rarely / almost never results in a fire unless hazardous materials are stored besides it.

Frankly, I don't believe this bit of news to be true. The GoP has already indicated a few months ago that MA was seriously ill with a life threatening disease. That's a hint to how he'd go, if deep state decides it's time for him to go. As far as Indian or Afghan espionage getting him, I don't think it's that easy as both MA & HS have been prime targets for these espionage agencies since a long time.

Pakistan has a moral responsibility to let the world know which Brand of Airconditioner was used. Whcihever brand 'malfucntions' by setting half the vicinity on fire should be banned from manufacturing or sales in India.

You also think that UNSC declaration is bigger for Indian villagers than toilets , gas connection , electricity ,cheap medicines in Jan Ayushi stores, 5L medical insurance in Ayushman bharat , subsidized houses , Farm subsides , Mudra loans , direct cash transfer which are delivered to them with no leakages or middlemen ? why don't you start presenting your counters on why an Indian villagers chose UNSC to vote for modi instead of all the points i have listed above .

I have discussed these things at length previously. Projecting India's image globally as strong leader that's where UN fits in. The OP never said public voted on UN listing alone, you can read that again.

What MA said or didn't say really doesn't matter, once deep state there decides he's expendable. Please refer to what the GoP has to say on him, given that the GoP & deep state there now speak in the same voice.

Qureshi said that in an interview with CNN, I think. He said he was really sick and can't even move out of his house, to which the CNN anchor lady asked was the Pakistani govt. in contact with an UN designated terrorist, Qureshi just smiled.
This is not a recent thing, it happened a while back. Was there any recent publication ? If so can you post a link ? Thanks.:)
