fyi if these are in fact the bomblets of the m483, which is what they appear to be, then they're likely of pakistani origin. pakistan's ofb makes and exports the m438. the munitions shown were likely both made in and fired by pakistan, and against targets within the country.
india, to the best of my knowledge, doesn't use the m483 shell.

one other thing i'm noticing is a lot of chatter about international law regarding the use of cluster muntions. Yes, there is a Convention on Cluster Munitions, that is a voluntary agreement that sees party nations forgo the production, stockpiling, transfer or usage of cluster munitions on the battlefield.
However... neither India nor Pakistan are parties to the CCM and thus are not bound by its stipulations. The United States, Russia, China, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, South Korea and Israel aren't parties either, to name a few higher profile nations. Japan, the UK, France, Australia, Germany, these nations are parties to the CCM.

There has been complete denial from the DG-ISPR on the deaths of Pakistani army men laying down their lives for their own country. To put it in perspective, let us take a look at the numbers available from public sources. Sources are Pakistani, lest they say, Indian sources are being quoted.
Take this figure and let us look only at the casualties imposed on the western and eastern front.
12 + 7 = 19 every week. That's 20 PA soldiers dying every week, without any acknowledgement by the Pakistani Army top brass.
These are what was found by the reporter. Knowing the PA, casualties would be much higher. Assume these casualties are from mid February 2019, we have 6 months of casualties without declaration of war. The numbers would look as follows,
19*4 = 56 per month
56*6 is 336 soldiers since mid February
This means if we assume the PA battalion to be 700 soldiers, they have already lost almost half a battalion, without cessation of hostilities. Which means in a year, without any hostilities the PA will lose a battalion under the most conservative estimates.
The sad part is the Pakistani Army higher command officers refuse to acknowledge the sacrifices of their own soldiers. While their own children study in western institutions, the Pakistani Army continues to use poor Pakistanis as cannon fodder. Like they did in 1965, 1971 and in 1999.

Some might remember the 02-03 Jan 2013 incident when Pakistan announced that one of it's soldier was killed in an Indian attack in LoC. The reality was that 8 Pak troops were killed in that Indian raid which was retaliation for a Pak attack in Nov which killed 3 IA troops.
Pak hid the deaths of remaining 7 troops through a fake incident in which she claimed 7 Pak troops were kidnapped by militants from Jand in Punjab when in fact no militant groups ever claimed any responsibility of the incident & nothing was heard of about the 7 soldiers since.

OfficialDGISPR exposes himself hiding LoC casualties at the time of occurence Infograms uploaded on offical ISPR page shows that between July 16-19, 2017 atleast 10 Pak army troops were killed on LoC but back in entire Jul 2017 ISPR had admitted to media only 5 army KIA on LoC
