fyi if these are in fact the bomblets of the m483, which is what they appear to be, then they're likely of pakistani origin. pakistan's ofb makes and exports the m438. the munitions shown were likely both made in and fired by pakistan, and against targets within the country.
india, to the best of my knowledge, doesn't use the m483 shell.

one other thing i'm noticing is a lot of chatter about international law regarding the use of cluster muntions. Yes, there is a
Convention on Cluster Munitions, that is a voluntary agreement that sees party nations forgo the production, stockpiling, transfer or usage of cluster munitions on the battlefield.
However... neither India nor Pakistan are parties to the CCM and thus are not bound by its stipulations. The United States, Russia, China, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, South Korea and Israel aren't parties either, to name a few higher profile nations. Japan, the UK, France, Australia, Germany, these nations are parties to the CCM.
