He reportedly died due to heart attack. PA mostly hide soldiers, not officers.

Pakistan army soldier Khawaja Ashfaq was killed by Indian firing in Nezapir sector along LoC on 26th April There are still many more (140+) hidden fatalities of pakistan army in LOC which never Reported by ISPR and its not possible to find every fatality in SM.

No 360: Unnamed soldier killed in South Waziristan, October 10, TTP attack on shawal valley checkpost.

I am going to make an assumption that quoted soldier Akmal is the second killed soldier. Name of the other soldier is not yet found. 4 more soldiers injured in this attack.
