Once more training is the limiting factor. You can not train pilots in a matter of days with new toys. A new radar is essentially a new fire control system that requires training to use it effectively. Not to mention, if China tries to send its transport planes to Pakistan, they will be intercepted and shot down.
Does China wants to *censored* up its trade with US and India togather? Not to mention, mess up its sea trade routes?
No, no. Things are not as simple as you think. You do realize we may end up fighting in a matter of days or a week at best? Where is the time for an upgrade? Carriage and flight trials of BVR missiles takes a year or two of work.
Operators are a problem. It takes up to 12 months to qualify a SAM crew from scratch and 3-6 months for a crew with experience on other SAMs. Chinese conscripts take 6-9 months. And all of this is only to train them to use the SAM. Getting them all fully operational takes up to 2 more years. So it's a 2-3 year effort.
None of these are options without Chinese soldiers entering the war as mercenaries. And guess what happens to mercenaries... No Geneva Convention.
Anyway how are you going to deliver it? War means a blockade. Indian forces will shoot down anything they do not recognize. In the last major war we fought, we even sank American and British ships that tried to supply war materials to Pakistan
If India really intends to launch an attack in the Kashmir region, I think this is a good opportunity. The PLA can directly launch an attack in the direction of Leh and Srinagar, which can directly solve our troubles in the southwest direction. After all, after 2017 and 2020, The temperature between China and India has dropped to freezing point.
At this time, providing weapons directly is actually the simplest thing.
As for India being able to defeat Pakistan within a few days, well, I admire the confidence of the Indians
