Ok so first you were claiming Storm Shadow was intercepted now that i gave you evidence of 40N6E, you claimed it was shot down by HQ-16 where is the evidence? only exploded remnants of 40N6E were recovered from the site, and not even a shred of evidence points to a SAM on SAM interception. In any case, the complete picture of the wreckage site will easily define what exactly transpired. Clearly, if 40N6E was deployed, it would be to take down a HVT. In any case, more information will come out eventually, just like 146 odd soldiers receiving Imtiazi Sanad.

There's a risk Manure will attempt a pre emptive strike. These NOTAMs are to prevent that . Equally there's a chance we might launch pre emptive strikes of our own . The upside is PAF with an antiquated fleet is expending precious FOREX & simultaneously further fatiguing their already over extended air frame's TTSL.

I have the same gut feeling that PA/PAF will do some mischief right after a terror attack on Indian soil. A (successful) terror attack will give them the “excuse” to hit us citing our current established doctrine of hitting them in case of a terrorist strike. These Notams are to dissuade PAF from doing something of that sort. I doubt we are going to initiate any offensive action without a trigger - that will be a very Non-Indian thing to do.
It's time for NSS. It's already too late.
NSS should include both overt and covert doctrines. Defensive, counter offense, pre-emptive too. Especially needed to bring a structure to RAW/IB and increase its effectiveness against ISI-CIA-MSS and their agents/sympathisers.
It's not just about having a written document or strategy for forces. But to convey to the people of India. A guide on how we can contribute effectively. Establishment of channels for IB to people , domain experts. A system which includes it's citizens in the national security strategy.
I think this notam are more of, finding the gaps in Pakistan ADs, and prep for the next conflict, it's a good thing that PAF & PA will be legitimate targets in the first hour itself, which was missing in 2019 & 7th may, if the operation resumes again, the GOI should not leave PAF to survive another day,
