China successfully conducted six mid-course anti-missile tests in 2010, 2013, 2014, 2018, 2021 and 2023, using DF31 as a target missile to verify the effectiveness of the HQ29 system, which can effectively counter the Indian Agni-5 missile and its future development models.

We use HQ19 to conduct terminal high-altitude anti-missile exercises almost every year, with the simulated target missiles being DF21/26. There are even rumors that DF17 has also been added.

How many experiments has India conducted? How many anti-missile systems are in service?
Dude we are testing our BMD systems from 2006, there's 15 publicly documented tests, and it's even more than that, heck we are conducting naval BMD tests, lol

Can you shed us some light about Why the HQ systems failed to intercept, crystal maze in the initial hours strike, crystal maze is purely air launched ballastic missile, crystal maze was used in murdike and other locations, given PAF & PA having the strike intelligence, but it's still failed to intercept it, why it was when every system was active, and we are not taking about cruise missile, why it failed against air launched ballastic missiles such as crystal maze & rampage, and nor theses missiles we're used in saturation?
@LX1111 what could be the possible reasons, it failed to intercept them

An absolute must read for those wondering how this thing quickly caught on:

On April 22, 2025, a terrorist attack in Pahalgam targeting Indian civilians was immediately followed by the rapid emergence of a digital disinformation campaign originating from Pakistan.
A new investigative report by the US-based Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI), supported by Cyabra and ThinkFi, has detailed how Pakistani state-linked entities engineered and amplified a narrative framing the Pahalgam massacre as a “false flag” operation carried out by India.

Are you dumb or what, do you think we only use s400,
We already have our own BMD systems,
Phase 1 is already operational, phase 2 Will be operational anytime soon,
And AD-AH is already going on wind tunnel test,
Do the Chinese military forum know, india is already participated in both the world wars,
Let the Chinese remain in ignorance it's good for us only.

Hey guys, is operation sindoor officially over?
Yes. GOI doesn't like war, they just want economic growth. What they have conveyed through the latest Ops is that anytime Pakistanis try a major terrorist attack on us, we shall immediately retaliate against both their jihadi plus military targets with impunity. This is now the new normal. That is all we know and that is all that we need to know. Period.

Yesterday,Failed Marshal Asim Munir had lunch with Donald Trump. On the same day, Bangladesh's National Security Adviser met the US Deputy Secretary of State. Both meetings happened in Washington DC with top American officials. Does this seem fishy? Something big might be cooking against India. Maybe India could be next because Pakistan is America's close ally, and India is seen as a future threat to US dominance. I want to know members' views: Could India really be next? Or is it not so easy?

Is India truly prepared for a big war? I think not. We only have a decent air force. Recent events like the Iran-Israel war showed how crucial air power is. We barely have 300 fighter aircraft like Rafale and Su-30 others has no use like mig/tejas. The US and China have in thousands. We do not even have fifth-generation aircraft. After Operation Sindoor, there's been extra glorification – our media and politicians keep saying "we did this, we did that." Even in this group, many members are overconfident. Yes, we did well, but we must be realistic. In a major war, can we handle heavy attacks from air or sea? We have very limited missiles, air defences, and ships. I think these are not enough against America or China – they have everything in thousands. see dont take me in wrong i want to introspect in pasotive way, ajj kal to ye halat hai kuch bhi koi comment kar do twitter pe, godi media and IT cell mob apkey pichey pad jata hai.

Iran used to boast the same way – "we'll do this, we'll do that" – but surrendered quickly. I worry we might face the same situation. We have everything in very limited quantities. Are we really prepared for a big war? We might be 3-4 years away from such a conflict. Should we not declare an emergency and produce everything in thousands? Like advanced tech, radars, air defenses, and missiles? Or will we keep boasting while our bureaucratic culture drags us down? I am a bit worried. sensible members who is not overconfident – please share what lies ahead for India in a two-front war or major conflict with the West. How likely is war with America, are we prepared for saturated attacks

I think we found Hydras cousin.

Stealth Aircraft are High Maintenance planes

Look at F 35 , it is practically a Hangar queen

Right now Only US and China can afford Stealth planes because of the high costs involved

Long Range SAMs and Counter Stealth Radars can help India a lot

With S 400 we have already managed to push away your
DA 20 ELectronic Attack aircraft and AWACS away from our border

And You have seen what missiles can do

It is the Missiles Drones and Bombs which will destroy enemy assets not fancy Jets

Now with the arrival of GAN based AESA which can detect stealth, stealth is becoming less and less effective. Stealth is provided by mainly 3 factors namely, Shape, RAM paints and suppression of IR. IR is detectable by IR sensor while other two have concern with radar waves. It remains to be seen against which stealth the GAN based radars are effective.
