Operation Sindoor: Aftermath

Reminded me of certain someone
To be honest mate, there are way too many people selling out the country online for a few bucks. There are active campaigns being run that allow weekly posts against Indian government (any aspect) that pay fairly well. Many are located abroad and these posts are allowed to run rampant. IW is a huge chink in the armour. I will not harp too much about it as I already posted about this earlier.

Last time we pounded them because they used Fatah 2 or something..

Let them try longer range.. We ll help pak citizens get freedom from its military.

They used HATF-1 and the IAF showed them what we can do without touching our Prithvi-I, Agni-I etc. If you remember, Chandipur got put on high alert during the operation. This time, we will most definitely see India lobbing BMs towards Pak military infra.

In my opinion, not using ground based assets such as Pralay was not a good choice. However, I have little information available regarding the escalatory matrix and other constraints that the forces or the government may have been subject to.

The fact that there are an array of aerial SOWs available may have been a factor and would have influenced certain aspects of decision making. The IAF repeatedly emphasised that it was going for precision strikes.

This churan of next time just show dhoti shivering of leadership....... Pork will not do anything without fully preparing it's defences knowing India will respond massively........resulting in possible ambush......It's time to be proactive for once instead of always reactivate & launch preemptive strikes across pork land.

Exactly, i felt that we should not have warned them about all out war in advance. They will prepare both in military front & diplomatic chanel, even the ksa pak security pact might have influenced by our war threat.

Can there be any more naive and delusional post than above one. They have been waging war with since 1947. 90% of their military assets are geared towards India.

What kind of special planning you think they will do that they wouldn't have post op sindoor.

Dunce of a statement. This is how a real fool looks like @southblock.

"even the ksa pak security pact might have influenced by our war threat."

This is a naive take and false to a certain extent. The talks between KSA and PA had been taking place for a while. The MEA in its press statement said that the govt. was well aware that certain discussions had been taking place. There is no evidence to suggest one singular catalyst played a decisive role.

A recent observation that has come to notice post Sindoor on certain SM sites: Certain accounts all bare characters in Mandarin and their posts are a mixture of local and international news praising Chinese armaments in both CN and ENG. All favourable. However, when you tend to dig deeper and try to have a conversation with them in Mandarin, they will be unable to respond beyond rudimentary basic questions. A few have turned out to SM warriors from Pak. It seems the freelancing there has turned to a different market entirely.

“Not present at Supreme Headquarters when the news of the Israeli air strikes arrived, Nasser also welcomed the opening of hostilities and believed the tide would soon turn. Nevertheless, by 10:00—the height of the second wave—when the air force claimed to have downed 161 Israeli bombers, Nasser became suspicious.

He tried contacting ‘Amer, but received no reply; Sidqi Mahmud was also unreachable. One of the few men who would have told him the truth, Anwar Sadat, had secluded himself at home. Entering headquarters at 11:00, Sadat heard from Soviet ambassador Pojidaev and from other senior officers of the full extent of Egypt’s disaster. “I just went home and stayed in for days,” he wrote, unable to watch the “crowds…chanting, dancing, and applauding the faked-up victory reports which our mass media put out hourly.”

Understand the structures on which certain tactics are built. You can read more about Arab military forces and the kind of tactics they employ. You'll find certain convergences with our neighbour. War and related PR campaigns has been around for a very long time. There are those who pay heed to it and those that do not. However, the times have changed, at least the basics must be covered and interests defended in all domains.

That's the deterrence building up. It's not there yet. But 2016-2019-2025.. it's building up in the psyche of their cabal. Who earlier took indian state for granted.

Another way to look at this is them building up potential cause for their mischief. Deterrence (fear of strike) requires a working cerebral cortex and a semblance of rationality. Pakistan has a jihadi mindset, which makes them extremely unpredictable and dangerous. Munir is smitten with power right now, and he has a point to prove to their military. Musharraf (1999) redux.
