Operation Sindoor: Aftermath

Which quasi-ballistic missile do both have? I don't remember them having MaRV tech either.
The Pakistanis say a couple of their missiles can follow QBM trajectory. No one knows whether they actually can or not. It has to taken with a grain of salt as there exists little evidence in Open Source to suggest this particular aspect. Last I read a Shaheen was being touted to be one. I do not have any information on the Turks developing a QBM; RUMINT suggests the latest version of an MRBM might be one.

Tayfun blk 4, recently unvilied
if claims are to taken, its iskander category.

Unveiled in 2025.
Claims for mass production in 2026.

It is worth noting that Tayfun Block 4 has been touted as a “hypersonic” missile, but there is nothing yet to indicate it has any characteristics associated with highly maneuverable hypersonic weapons

There are a lot of claims being made about the missile. However, multiple sources indicate that there is very little information available regarding the missile and a lot of conflicting sources seem to have different opinions about it.

However, the only thing that has reached a consensus as brother baba said earilier, the missile is a SRBM and believed to be Hypersonic.

Wonder how much Israel and Ukraine will sell the data for. Ukraine is probably getting all this support from europe by selling the data.

I bet it's a gold mine for training defense AI.

That Tafyun or Tayun whatever. It's just an SRBM with a Quasi Ballistic Trajectory. Which they are hyping as Hypersonic..

At best Tayfun is probably something similar to our Pralay.

What baffles me is why we didn't used Pralay or Pinaka at Pakistan when they used their ground based system at us?

What Turks call Hypersonic is just a Quasi Ballistic Missile. And it's not like Pakistan don't have any QBM in their arsenal.
Hence the “search continues” ;)

Pretty sure Pinaka was used on targets in PoJK. I remember reading this somewhere during the conflict. Pralay had not been inducted then if I recall correctly .

LOL! Yeah. Its basically an inferior Shaurya. To make it worse its not even air launched. Its somewhat similar to Iskander that Ukraine intercepts day in and day out.

Actually, Chinese CM-400AKG is more troublesome than this one. And even then India intercepted that missile.

It will be interesting to see if Turkey limits the range to 300 Km to comply with MTCR.

If it were up to me, I will sell Indian LRAShM to Greece and Armeina. Let Turkey face the music.

That too with an S-125 Pechora.

Even the Original s125 was never lacking in kinematics.
Upgrade of its internal electronics and upgrade of guidance radar, while not cutting edge by current standard makes it still quite relevant.

Current s125 is more than capable to intercept cm400akg kind of missiles,
unless there a high jamming enviornment or incoming target having modern shopisticated decoys.

A friend approached me today and asked why OSINT channels like Clash Report as well as some index something publish unfriendly narratives to India or Indian military operations. If any of you are new to X or any other site, do track the origins of accounts (Turkish and Pakistani in this case) and you'll find why they tilt the stories the way they do.

Also, OSINT has become bit of a joke. Both of these accounts are not OSINT accounts but more of aggregators that tend to shape narratives. They tend to propagate certain things and neglect others. Instead of floundering about do a background check before you follow any 'OSINT' a/c on SM.
