BJP exploited the deprived people of India once, using Hindutwa. My humble and sincere appeal is, let BJP win 2019 elections on merit. BJP already rules some 73% of India, BJP should fight election more ethically, make the people of India believe in BJP. HOOK and Crook, will lead to more trust deficit.

So did you have a look at what the (largely claimed) rate of inequality rise is in India compared to the world? ...and reference it also to what its like in all countries that have developed when they were at similar junctures?

Or its an inconvenient fact and better to just copy paste cherrypicked MSM headlines than read the actual content of reports?

If you want to actually start reversing the rout you lot are facing, I suggest recycling MSM headlines is not the way to go (just going with the whole logic that if something is clearly not working, why keep doing it expecting that to change the result?).

Rather establish the agreed references and facts....and actually discuss the issues. Or don't, your choice.

Aurangabad: Corporator who refused to pay tribute to Vajpayee sent to jail for one year
An AIMIM corporator, who had last week opposed a resolution to pay tribute to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, has been arrested and sent to jail for alleged bootlegging and some other charges, police said today.

Sayyad Mateen Sayyad Rashid (32), the All-India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) corporator in Aurangabad, was sent to jail for a year on Tuesday under the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug-Offenders and Dangerous Persons (MPDA) Act, an official said. "During the general body meeting of AMC held on August 17, Mateen had opposed a resolution to pay tribute to former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He was subsequently beaten up, allegedly by some BJP corporators," the official said.

Mateen was later arrested and booked by City Chowk police station under IPC sections 294 (obscene acts or words in public), 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot) and 153 A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth and language), the official added. "The corporator was sent to Harsul jail in Aurangabad and was granted bail on Tuesday. However, on the same day we served the order to him issued by the city Commissioner of Police under the MPDA," senior inspector of City Chowk police station, D S Shingare, said.

He said two other offences had been registered against Mateen in the past. "After analysing his criminal records, we found that he is a dangerous person and could promote enmity between two communities," Shingare said. As per the provisions of the MPDA, the corporator will remain in detention for a year," he said.

Marathas have learnt nothing from Third Battle of Panipat. They are still as stupid as they were then. Shiv Sena is a manifestation of that mentality.

NCP is the party of Marathas and not Shivsena but Marathas were fed up of NCP corruption. But the current BJP SS completely neglected southern and western Maharashtra and hence the biggest losses they suffered is in this area.
If re elections take place , NCP + Congress will gain even more. Biggest loser will be SS

Atleast Marathas didn't collaborate with the British unlike many erstwhile kingdoms. Went down fighting.
Whole Maharashtra is watching ongoing lust for power between BJP and SS. No government formation even after 15 days. Maharashtra was devastated by floods yet these people are busy fighting.

Did I say that Marathas did not fight British? Their stupidity did it same as what SS is doing now. The people who will gain by default are the looters and thugs of India like Italian Mafia and Dawood Ibrahim goons.

No way. In a civil case, a court has no jurisdiction to come out with a ruling of its own when that has not been pleaded by any of the parties. The case was between Hindus and Muslims and they both called it their own property. Allahabad HC judgement was flawed from very first day by giving a verdict which was neither asked for nor desired by any of the parties.
In case of criminal law, the courts have to decide a case based on who has proved his case beyond doubt, Prosecution or the defense. In case prosecution fails to prove the case, the defense has to be given a "benefit of Doubt" and court can't find an accused guilty of something else for which he has not been charged.
