As expected Paddy's laughing without realising the salience of this move. Any self respecting adminstration would've immediately warned the said embassy to desist from such action lest it be declared persona non grata & deported .

Since this is little britain we're talking about with the ball less Lady Keir Starmer at the helm we all know expecting such action is futile.

Hence all Paddy can do is laugh it off. Whether he's laughing to deflect attention from the problem of little britain's impotence or laughing at it is something only Paddy can answer. The absolute state of a third class power .
