Some of my conclusions regarding this war so far, feel free to poke holes:
1. For the Israelis to have decapitated the various Iranian leaders over and over again, a not-so-insignificant fraction of the Iranian population must hate the regime to allow so deep an infiltration. This is perhaps why the Israelis and my govt. (optimistically/foolishly) felt given sufficient bombing, the Iranian people will overthrow the regime - the ones holding the guns...
2. Everyone competent in my govt. knew that Iran was a quagmire but the present stupidity is what you get when you replace meritocracy with loyalty-- specifically to a white, judeo-christian, hierarchical pecking order-- the defining attribute of the maga cult. Not only was Bibi able to deftly manipulate my clown president to fight his war with zero exit plan, we are all going to suffer the continuing product of the ignorant decisions of this midwit for ages to come. Thanks for the hike in gas prices and protecting our radars in the ME, genius!
3. The undisputed winner of this war is... Russia. One of the largest producers of oil, LNG and fertilizers in the world. Even after this war winds down, the ME will be licking its wounds for years to come. And Russia will happily step in and continue to feed its war machine. No more sanctions or even subsidies, US assets getting unfrozen, etc... good times!
4. Which makes the pitiful loser of this war... Europe (along with the Arabs in close 2nd place). No ability to defend its interest in the ME. Especially, at a time when my govt. has gone to war with them over ideology. And Russia getting a tailwind to pursue its imperialistic goals in Europe. Perhaps those WarMates will be "Made in Russia" by the time India gets the first delivery
5. The center of gravity remains the Strait of Hotmuz. Iran need not even fire a missile, just the threat alone will keep insurance premiums out of reach for the merchant navy. Any residual missile/drone capability at this point can be safely assumed to be reserved for politically timed tempos. And unless Iran's stranglehold here can be broken, they will remain in charge. Which will be difficult to break without boots on the ground -- taking one island at a time in the strait. I don't see that happening with everyone in NATO giving Trump the middle finger and the Israelis lacking any such expeditionary capability. So neither are the US/Israel winners, nor the IRGC the losers.
6. All the gold-plated platforms in the world, and yet the Arabs turned out to be all bark... Except for that one Kuwati AF pilot who even his allies fear!
7. A few Indians getting misty-eyed about Iran would do well to remember they strongly backed Pakistan before and after Khameni including and up to Op Sindoor. Here is Larijani, the Ayotollah's right hand man saying Iran is at Pakistan's service:

8. Next Pakistan, which is up sh!t creek with all the margin calls from US and ME. So of course they start a bombing campaign against Afghanistan to side step their obligations! You absolutely know these vermins would've carried out another Pahalgam if Op Sindoor had settled on the first day after the downing of a Rafale and their media victory laps. But the mullahs thought too much of their own capability "QPQP" -- and the rest of Op Sindoor unfolded so we are in this bizzaro world where their border with India is their most peaceful. Nevertheless, their deviousness and short-sightedness in passing the footing of all these bills (now with Afghanistan added to the tab) to the next generation continues to amaze me.

Thanks for the reminder @_Anonymous_ , something I've also previously expressed-- to give the devil his due, Trump and his Heritage Foundation backers had at least this one competent plan to halt China's further rise by re-diverting Russian oil to the European market and choking off other supplies of cheap oil from Iran, Venezuela, Guyana and safe passage through Panama. With Cuba, one of the last few leftist govts also waiving the white flag, Xi is completely cucked. Meanwhile this Gao fella is boasting about the vaunted Chinese nukes and how their military is second to none, while they're nowhere to be seen protecting their interests in the Arabian sea. More 5ft and less Lao Gao.
10. For any other country thinking that being one week from building a nuclear bomb is a credible policy that might work without capitulation, this war has just shown you better finish the crossing line.
The Globalists (Democrats + EU) want to work with the Chinese and anti-Indian factions from India to bring to reality their ridiculous dream of a one world government. That requires removing from power the Republicans, the Russians, and other pro-nationalist factions in other countries, like Modi. That's how they managed to push the narrative in the 80s, 90s, and 2000s that connecting the Chinese economy to the Western one will eventually make them turn towards democracy. The Chinese were following the same dream since Deng until Xi Jinping (2013) came to power, the same time Modi (2014) did in India, and Trump (2016) in America, and completely threw them off the game.
So the Globalists conspired with the Chinese to weaken Russia, that's how we got the Ukraine war. Trump and Modi got multiple attempts at regime changes, Putin got a war, Xi remains untouchable in China.
But the Republicans want a militarily and economically powerful Russia to act as a counterweight to China, while functioning under their influence. Similarly, they want a militarily strong but economically American-dependent EU instead of the other way round, that can counter the Russians. All the while pursuing an America First policy where their friends and allies are treated as second class.
So all the effort the Globalists put into since 2012 under Obama 2.0 is being reversed by Trump. Like shutting down USAID, the global drug trade, bringing to heel all the tech giants, pushing for militarization across the world, especially the EU, and capturing the energy market.
For example, both Khamenei and Maduro had support from the Globalists, so Trump removed them. It's all part of the great game. The attack on Iran was premature because Israel had forced Trump's hands, but it should be seen within the lens of the great game.
Similarly, successful regime change operations in some countries like Bangladesh, Syria, and Afghanistan has not resulted in significant gains to the Globalists. In Pakistan too, after Imran Khan met Putin, the Biden admin orchestrated a coup. But ever since Trump came to power, the new PA chief has begun to salute his photo every morning.
And while Russia benefits from high oil prices, the Republicans retain control over the sanctions tap. The Russians get a 30-day reprieve to sell above the price cap, but will be forced to go back to below the price cap whenever the Republicans decide. Of course, Russia still sells the majority of their oil above the cap via their shadow fleet, but it will still cut into their margins. And the Republicans also get to decide who that oil will be sold to. So it's not all roses and sunshine for the Russians either.
Out of all the parties involved, Israel and America benefit the most from the war on Iran. Russia benefits as a byproduct of even slightly higher oil prices. Everbody else is screwed (primarily civilians), depending on the degree of rise in oil prices.

The Chinese just learned something new. If you want to secure energy supplies for the long term, you need to build more military bases and actually spend real money to develop the military strength of allies if they are to survive.

What was common among all three groups was they practiced communism. In 1951, a whole bunch of Bolsheviks got together and created the Progressive Alliance, a 140-member alliance of leftist parties, including India's Congress.

In the meantime, they set up hippie culture and drug culture to separate white children from their parents and religion in the 60s. For the first time, Iranian air defenses damaged an American F-35 fighter jet with an unknown missile in central Iran. I'd say it's impossible to assess what is and isn't on the ground but if Iran has to murder 30,000 people after protests you can't be certain that all the armed forces are loyal. I think they'll just nuke Natanz and the other Pick Axe Mountain facility personally.

What's there in Natanz to bomb Paddy ? ~ 500 kgs of ~ 60% enriched U-235 . That's not enough to make a bomb for which the requirements are ~ 90% enriched Uranium .Looks like Natanz might be getting a B83 or two.

Casualties would be fairly minimal compared to an all-out nuclear war between Iran and Israel in a future scenario.

Now this isn't to say Iran can't mfg an N bomb with 60% enriched U-235 except the qty required to set off a chain reaction would be extremely high as compared to assembling a N bomb with 90% + enriched U-235.
Besides where're the facilities to mfg the N bomb ? They're in various stages of damage & disrepair since last year's 12 days war .
