Correct, Indian air defence is proven against most advance weapons used by Pakistan. I guess there may be some deal in which India will provide it to israel if it escalates to further level.

Not to israel. I am referring to nations like UAE, Baharain, Oman etc. Israel is way advanced and at the most will use an indian subsidiary to grab indian orders and then use it for further "exports" too.
But UAE, Baharain, Iran( after regime fall) etc etc.. these nations would like a cost effective package including systems and training.
