Someone gave a great explanation.
Israel won a war (several actually). And the guy who wins the war controls the territory. That's how the world works. That's how the Islamic world also works. So the question of 'do the jews legitimacy over the land is a nonsensical question.

BTW, most people are surprised the police even allowed a protest that was likely to contain antisemitism on Remembrance Day but they got what they wanted, and now the ones who supported terrorism and racism will have to pay a large fine and spend several weeks cleaning toilets and picking up dog turd for free. So she can spend some time thinking about her coconut comment whilst face-to-face with a fresh steaming turd.

The only reason Israel exists is because they won wars against Islam. There's nothing more to it.

Stop your false equivalency, I've already pointed out that under article 19 such insititutes are deprived of protection once the enemy starts using them for military purposes.


States which are Parties to a conflict shall provide all civilian hospitals with certificates showing that they are civilian hospitals and that the buildings which they occupy are not used for any purpose which would deprive these hospitals of protection in accordance with Article 19.

The protection to which civilian hospitals are entitled shall not cease unless they are used to commit, outside their humanitarian duties, acts harmful to the enemy.

Russia would have levelled all these hospitals by now if Ukraine was using them the way Hamas is. And even if they levelled them for no reason, you and jetray still wouldn't question their actions.
