The 76mm SRGM is the Italian navy's de-facto CIWS, esp the new Strales version. You'll recall that Fincantieri was a consultant to the IN on the Vikrant's design (derived from the Italian Cavour CV which now has 1 gun each fore and aft).

The IN too considered a similar solution initially but decided not to adopt it.
